Lovingly restored stone house featuring a private swimming pool and spectacular views of the Tuscan countryside. The nearest shops can be found in Badia Agnano (4.7 km) and many other small towns in the area offer local markets, shops, and restaurants. You are also within easy driving distance of thermal spas and the famous art cities of Tuscany – including Florence, Siena, and Arezzo. Courses in Yoga or Tai-Chi can also be organised at the villa (on request).

The 350 square metre property consists of a villa which develops over two floors.

On the ground floor you will find a living room (with sofas and a fireplace), a dining room (with a table seating 12) and a well-equipped kitchen. You will also find a storage room (with a freezer), a laundry room (with a washing machine/iron and ironing board), a cellar (with a good choice of Tuscan wines) and a bathroom (with toilet).

On the first floor there is a terrace (with stairs to the garden), six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
