'The apartment was spacious and location was excellent. There were delays and a long wait of almost 90 mins standing outside to meet the property manager and drop off our luggage while the unit was being cleaned. We were told we would be able to store our luggage if we arrived earlier than check-in when we booked the unit so this was not an unrealistic expectation on our part.
