The photos are deceptive as it is a small property, I feel it is overpriced for the size. Unfortunately there was a maintenance issue with the property during my stay which was not responded to. 'Overall, a 5 star experience. A very sweet, bijou & well presented cottage, a short walk from Newlyn’s amenities & excellent eateries and, within walking distance of Mousehole. The cottage has a wood-burning stove, supplied with a generous basket of logs, though we topped up with our own supply - it heated the place quickly and made it very cosy. 'A very charmingly furnished holiday home. Very well equipped kitchen, nice living room and cosy bedrooms. Everything was pleasant. The location is great if you don't need a parking space right in front of the door. You have to park your car in one of the nearby paid parking spaces. Mousehole is an old and very picturuesque village that can't accomodate cars. Out of season there is also free parking on the road along the coast to Newlyn, but this is a bit of a walk, about 5-10...
