The wraparound balcony overlooks a pool and the marina, with great views of the Intercoastal and Gulf waters, perfect for watching the sunsets! The condo has a large fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table perfect for family dinners. The spacious living room features a sectional with a sofa sleeper and a big screen T.V. perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. WiFi and Washer/Dryer!

This unit is at Seaspray a Perdido Resort which hosts 3 pools, a hot tub, a fitness room, tennis, and a pickle ball court.
Seaspray has a dedicated beach crossover walk just for the Marina side. As a guest at Seaspray guests have access to all 3 pools at each of the buildings, the hot tub, marina, boat launch, fitness center, and beach access.

The marina includes a complimentary boat launch and kayak storage is available. The condo is also convenient to stores and restaurants. Perdido Key located in Florida and surrounded by Pensacola Beach, Orange Beach, and Gulf Shores. The Key is convenient to attractions like OWA, Waterville USA, the Naval Aviation Museum, the Wharf, and the World Famous Flora Bama . Our area has some of the best seafood the Gulf has to offer along with the best fishing charters on the coast.

Please note - You will receive one parking pass included with your reservation. Any additional parking passes you will need to get them from the SeaSpray office and they are $50 plus tax for each pass.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.
