First floor room with walk out balcony with quick access to pool, hot tub and beach. Even had great views from our balcony even though it was on the first floor. Our only complaint was the elevator didn’t work. There was just about ten steps we have to carry our heavy suitcases and wagon up but that wasn’t that terrible in the grand scheme of things. A nice little shopping center area across the street called the Villagio with ice cream and a great place to eat called the Jelly Fish.

Great location on 1st floor. Walk down a few steps from covered patio area and you are at the pool with direct access to the beach. No elevators and limited steps to get to your room. All entries are coded for safety. Host was great to work with. Checked on us day of arrival to make sure everything was good. Great ocean views. Perfect for couples or small family.

Steps to the Beach

We loved the location of this condo in proximity to the beach, just a few steps and we were there!! We loved how comfortable the condo was with everything we needed!! There was some construction going on next door but the only time we were affected was only one morning we were woken up by workers grinding something in the workshop that is located under the condo. We just got ready and headed out for the day!! All in all we had a wonderful vacation and will definitely be back!!

We had a really good time. Staying on the ground floor was new to me. I really missed being able to see the waves coming in from balcony. If you have a hard time with steps I would place this on bye though.

I wish the stay could have been good but construction ruined our stay. The beautiful view of the beach was disrupted by scaffolding. We didn’t dare open the floor to ceiling curtains because most of the time there was a worker outside hammering. They could look right into the bedroom My two year old couldn’t take a nap because the hammering was louder than our sound machine. If you going to rent out a place while doing this kind of construction then it needs to be noted and discounted.

Disappointing

Condo was not found as described. Construction was being done on property and hindered our entry to the pools and the beach. We were not told of this issue. our reason for choosing this particular condo was the steps leading directly to pools and the beach. It was not as clean as expected either. Drains in the tubs were full of hair which kept the tubs from draining. Yuk! We found some very nice staff at the front desk. Restaurants were wonderful across street. Beach was beautiful and clean.

The location of this specific condo cannot be beat if you have young children. The porch descends to the pool gate. Then, a short boardwalk to the beach. No waiting in an elevator! AND the unit has a washer and dryer, which is a MUST for families with children.

Unit was nice and location is great. Dishes and cabinets were dirty. Floors seemed to not have been cleaned. TV’s were hard to use. No cable assessable. 1 channel in bedroom. Beach items were a great plus! 2 pools were awesome.

Loved the layout of the space. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom showers that was not positive. The toilet paper was pretty ridiculous and the fact that you had to pay for additional toilet paper was ridiculous. We went and bought a decent toilet paper.

Great location and close to good restaurants. Parking lot not gated. Older building that needs some maintenance. Easy beach access. Pool/beach gates kept messing up. Our code to the condo did not work when we first arrived. Should have been communicated without having to call and request a new code but easy access for help. Condo was clean and well organized. Extra beach chairs on the patio was readily accessible. Overall nice place.

We love it here!!

This condo is by far the best condo I've ever stayed in. Ground floor makes it so easy to get to the pools, beach, & hot tub. The owner Shelley is great, that is very important to me! The condo was clean and very cozy!! Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
