'The hotel was clean and very nice.'

'We booked the weekend getaway the day before arriving. The room was very artsy and spacious for a boutique hotel. The outdoor space had games and generous seating options. The lounge area on the level was full of books and interesting collections. The bed was very comfortable. We had dessert at the restaurant. Having the restaurant was an added bonus. We hope to return this summer. The location was perfect with many restaurant in walking distance.'

'The second floor was undergoing renovation and the guy was working in the hall until 2200 Friday night. And on Saturday morning. Unacceptable. Room 217 was great. Beds were wonderful. Thanks front desk folks.'

'Staff were always friendly and professional. My room was very clean and also facing the bay. Parking was not an issue as my brother picked me up every day. We had breakfast the first morning there and staff were friendly, helpful, fabulous! One small detail, though, there were three mysterious hairs in my room, which I'm mitigated with a tissue and the trashcan. My stay, there was perfect.'

'Reese found my wallet at the counter. I left it there during check in. She is.an honest.and beautiful person. My whole vacation $ was.in that wallet, alot of it in cash. She gave it to Jesseca.and they looked.at who had checked in and gave.me a.call in my room. What wonderful people they both are! I had my credit card number stolen a couple of years ago by the front desk manager at the hotel I stayed at. It is refreshing to know that good, honest people still exist in this world!!!'

'Great breakfast with multiple options! Nice room'

'I was really impressed with the hotel. Lay out and design of our room was great. Very comfortable. Love the kitchenette. Breakfast was good. Nice selection of food. Would have like real dishes to eat off of and fountain drinks as I dont drink coffee. Also, sausage was a little bland. But all in all I would highly recommend.'

'Hotel was prima. Hoewel de inrichting wat ouderwets aandoet was alles toch vrij nieuw en schoon. Er wordt gevraagd naar milieu vriendelijkheid. In Amerika lijkt dat nergens zo te zijn. Airco’s staan vaak onnodig aan en er wordt overal weggooi materiaal voor het eten en drinken gebruikt. '

'The staff was always amazing here. The food is exceptional at the Bar/Lounge. Was not expecting it to be as good since it is a hotel but this was top notch food and service. Rooms are amazingly clean and I know they are going to be remodeling soon but the conditions makes it not seem like 20 years old. I will stay here everytime I am in town.'

'The family absolutely loved it, this was are 2nd trip to Pensacola. The staff help us find some amazing restaurants. I wish I remembered the lady’s name who checked us in but she is amazing, she was very informative, help us with when places would be busy and which ones would be good with kids. 'The Fairfield Inn was a great place for my family to stay while we were in town. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the pool. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby and easy access to the beautiful beaches. The front desk staff was courteous, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
