'Myself and 4 friends, loved how easy the property was to find and the location. We were able to walk around town and shop. It was also close to the Elgin Train. We also liked to available of several sleeping options (all 5 of us had our own sleeping surface. However we did struggle with the keypad when trying to enter the rental. We also left in the evening for a stroll around town and struggled getting in the rental again. It even set off an alarm. We tried calling a contact person who was...

'We stayed here one night, it was a good place to stay while traveling. It was 100 degrees and we were delighted to walk into a nice cool house! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. It has everything you would want. The host Dawn brought us cookie and was so nice and communicated with us about how to access the house and that was very helpful! My favorite was the coffee bar! 'The inside was great and fit our needs. The host is very friendly and willing to assist with any questions. The yard and shrubs need some attention. If you were bringing a pet that would need to be considered. Overall we were very happy! '

'We were visiting family in Union County, bringing out-of-town guests and this house was the perfect way to show off the place where I grew up. Our farm is just up the road, but Granny's Farmhouse was a much nicer place to stay. I love the classic style on the inside, and it was a great place to have family over for dinner and to visit. The views were amazing and it made for a very peaceful visit. '
