« Had a good time here in this residence and I did enjoy it. I kept extending my stay cos I love it here in Penang and with the residence. I was blamed for a minor crack in the room’s lamp which we did not do, but we manage to talk with the stuff about it through whatsapp and solve it. Lovely stuff, just the room cleaner they need to be quite and be honest sometimes, even to smile when you greet them. But overall I give the residents a 5 star »

« Helpful host, clean room. Need improvement in kitchen utensils, kettle and pots were stained badly. »

« Very comfortable bed. Great amenities. Host was friendly. Area is very good so much to do closeby and locals really help you out. Accessibility is a priority for me and I couldn't complain. »

« Ok2 saja.

« What a wonderful place! It’s clean, comfortable and very spacious, with beautiful architecture which reflects the best of the George Town heritage area. One of the very best homes I have stayed in on holiday, ever! »

« The apartment is very spacious and clean. All amenities are very nice especially the hot and cold filtered water supply. »

« We were very happy with this apartment. We booked for a family of 5, 3 grown up children. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent. Easy walking to the rest of GeorgeTown shopping and eating. The Japanese restaurant downstairs was superb. There is no checking in desk. The Citadine Hotel communicated with us using WhatsApp. The process was fairly easy. At night apartment a little noisy with nearby traffic. Beds were comfy though. All in all we would...
