The location is superb and centrally located in the White Mountains (we hiked the Lonesome Lake trail and the Franconia Ridge trail loop). 'Goed Hotel met nette kamers. Ontbijt is inbegrepen. Het ligt vlakbij de afslag naar North Woodstock van highway 93 en is paar minuten rijden van centrum van Lincoln. Lincoln is klein dorpje met veel restaurants en hotels. Ligt aan het einde van de Kancamagus highway, een erg mooie weg die dwars door de white mountains loopt. Erg mooi gebied, erg bossig, wat doorkruist wordt met kleine riviertjes uit de bergen, mooi om te wandelen.'

'This simple motel has seen better days. Everything look tired and in need of modernisation. The room smelled so strongly of cleaning agent that we could only sleep with the windows open.'

'Ik snap de score op de verschillende websites niet, het bijgebouw waar wij een kamer hadden was oud, slecht onderhouden. De kamer stonk, vies tapijt. Het bed een kussens lagen slecht. Vreselijke prijs kwaliteit verhouding in vergelijking met de 10 andere hotels waar we deze vakantie sliepen. Het enige pluspunt was het ontbijt, als je van een zwaar op ontbijt houdt tenminste.'
