'This is the best run hotel at which I have ever stayed. The mother and son team who own and run it dedicate themselves you making sure you enjoy your time in Napflio. From the first minute you are greeted until you leave you know anything you want they will do. The hotel is very well constructed and decorated. Most rooms (maybe all) have balconey or terrace space. The view of the castle for some rooms is lovely. The breakfast is delicious and so much food. I cannot say enough positive about this...

'Clean and chic accommodation, surrounded by olive groves and sea. The perfect place to get away from it all. Really nice, discrete owner, relaxing terrace and most of all peace and quiet.'

'Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester dort. Das Haus bietet einen guten Komfort (Heizung, offener Kamin und bequemes Bett) und ist in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Pool gelegen. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.'

'Alles is prima is dit hotel: de kamer, de zwembaden,de fitness, de buffetten, de hygiëne, enz. Als we dan toch minpunten moeten aanhalen : het is vrij duur ( alhoewel je veel waar krijgt voor je geld) en ook de consumpties zijn vrij prijzig. Maar vooral genieten is de boodschap.'

'Hotel is kocated in a very beautiful spot, with wonderful views on the bay and the opposite island. Very frequently used by the most luxurious yachts... Room is nice and renovated. The downsides are the huge number of small kids, on the beach and in the restaurant, staff is so-so, but understaffed and therefore slow at the breakfast, not cleaning tables quickly, making it hard to find a free table at rush hour. 'La struttura è molto bella, costruita in stile maniota e con bei giardini. La nostra stanza era al pian terreno con giardino. Molto spaziosa, con cucina che però non era attrezzata per cucinare. Il bagno un po’ piccolino e la doccia senza tenda provocava qualche disagio. La colazione essenziale con prodotti fatti in casa. In generale un bel posto ma da valorizzare meglio con una più attenta manutenzione generale.'

'Hotelrooms need an update, beds are old and they even use plastic undersheets. Music in the gardens is tooloud and goes on till about 12 pm. They turn it on around 8 am, difficult to sleep longer in the morning when you have the Windows open, to get some fresh air. Bathrooms are good, breakfast good, only no capucino or espresso, just normal coffee.'
