Only thing we didnt love was access to water, was a bit difficult getting up and down the ladder. The town of Amherstburg is a beautiful town, with lots to do...and just a short drive away!'

'A delightful little cottage on the shore of Lake Erie, just a mile or two from Point Pelee's entrance. Super clean and comfortable. Excellent mattresses and bedding! Surprisingly big backyard equipped with a fire pit and plenty of comfortable lawn chairs for viewing the stars or the waves crashing on the beach. Responsive host wants to make sure you have a great stay. Highly recommended! '

'The cottage was very nice and owner responded to our questions very quickly. Hiking trails and restaurants nearby. Amazing location!! Posting did not state that the loft is being rented out as well. Luckily our neighbours were quiet and respectful. '

'We traveled with our family of 6 from the US for our first trip to Canada. The house had everything we needed! The pots and pans were good enough and there were plenty of plates/bowls/cups. Having a laundry machine was so nice since we went to the beach. The inside of the house was well taken care of and the beds were comfortable enough. The kids loved the walk-in shower with all of the different shower heads. The view of the lake was lovely. I was a bit worried reading one of the other reviews...

'Dan the host was very quick to respond to questions that I had regarding the place. Super friendly guy. The property is well designed with all bedrooms on the upper levels and the entertainment on the lower floor. Bedrooms all came with linens and what not so ready to move in. Very spacious backyard with a firepit to hang out around. Pool was a fun time and the basketball net did not disappoint. Kitchen was well equipped with the essentials for a stay, everything was relatively easy to...
