The Villa is 2 minutes walk to range of Restaurants and Bars and the Bus Stop in Coral Bay Avenue and is 10 minutes walk to Sandy Beaches of Coral Bay and Philippos Supermarket (with free home delivery). The Villa has three bedrooms, fully equipped modern kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery for a family stay including children. The Master Double Bedroom has its en-suite shower and WC. The Master Double Bedroom has glass doors leading to the balcony overlooking the outdoor pool and partial sea view. The two other Large Bedrooms have twin beds and share a modern bathroom which comes with a bath tub and shower. The Villa has a large TV with thousands of live TV channels (including all UK and US channels) and movies. Other facilities include dishwasher, washing machine, inbuilt oven, oversize fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, popcorn maker, toaster, kettle, and brand new air conditioners throughout the Villa.
