This wonderfully tranquil, detached villa sleeps 5. It features a private pool, air conditioning, several terraces and a tropical garden. There's also a private parking space. Casa Maya is ideal for quiet vacations. Thanks to its central location in the region, you can quickly reach major seaside resorts such as Dénia, Jávea and Benidorm and their beaches. The Jalón and Orba valleys are also within easy reach.



Terrace and balcony

The villa has two floors and is accessed via a staircase. The second floor has a living and dining room with a large terrace, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or evening meal while taking in the fantastic views, of which one never tires. Glass doors lead out onto the balcony.



Living room with amenities

The living room features air conditioning that can be used as a source of heat. From the pretty, relaxing sofa, you can enjoy Smart TV with all Dutch channels and various German, French, English and Spanish channels. There's a stable Internet connection via fiber optics. In winter, the electric fireplace creates a warm and cosy atmosphere. All rooms can be heated with infrared heaters. The dining room seats 5.

Numerous windows in the living room and dining room allow you to take full advantage of the views of nature and the sea.



Kitchen and bathroom

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, electric hob, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine. Other kitchen appliances and crockery are also available. One of the two bathrooms is also on this floor. It is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin.



The bedrooms

The bedrooms are accessed via an internal staircase. Bedroom 1: double bed 160x200cm, built-in wardrobe, air-conditioning and infrared heating. Bedroom 2: two single beds 90x200cm, built-in wardrobe, air-conditioning and infrared heating. Bedroom 3: single bed 90x200cm, built-in closet and fan. Second bathroom with washbasin, second WC, walk-in shower and infrared heating. Access to terrace.



Terrace and garden

The terrace is equipped with a summer lounge and deckchairs, a barbecue and the beautiful swimming pool. It borders the beautifully landscaped Spanish garden with tropical plants and rock formations. The washing machine room is also located here.
