'We vonden het heel leuk om daar te verblijven. De weinige buren die daar wonen zijn allemaal heel vriendelijke mensen. Enkel spijtig dat er geen vaatwasser aanwezig was in het huisje, wat maakt dat we alle dagen moesten afwassen met de hand en zeker in ons geval, voor een lang verblijf. Dat vond ik wel spijtig, gezien de prijs die we moesten betalen.'

'La casa se corresponde 100% a lo anunciado, está cerca de todo pero en un sitio muy tranquilo. La limpieza, comodidad, y detalles de la casa hacen de la estancia un episodio TOP. A 5 minutos andando de la playa y de la zona de compras y bares. Los patios delantero y trasero hacen que siempre encuentres una zona fresquita. Muy muy recomendable, volveremos seguro'

'About a 15 minute drive outside the town of Nijar, voted one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. The house is simple, but very clean and in a nice quiet location. It is located on the Ruta del agua (water route), which was a perfect adventure for our 10 year old son. The location is up in the mountains, so walking is quite strenuous, but worth the effort. You can drive to the coast in about 40 minutes, with beautiful secluded beaches and great walking areas, as well as plenty of local shops...

'Full of super cockroaches, not cleaned, smells bad, not ventilated, lights are not working in one bedroom and in the living area. My kids were affraid and chose not to stay with us in the appartement during the holiday. If you go complaint at RMS properties locally nobody cares and just heard from the renting agent Belvilla that it will take weeks for a resolution. I took immediate action but I feel they just want to protect their interests. In the meantime our holiday was terrible. Hunting for...
