La "Payson House" est spacieuse avec de magnifiques vues imprenables sur les arbres et les montagnes de l'intĂ©rieur et de l'extĂ©rieur. La maison est situĂ©e dans un quartier calme. DĂ©tendez-vous sur la balancelle et regardez les oiseaux et les colibris s'envoler. Le salon a un mobilier en cuir confortable avec de grandes fenĂȘtres pour profiter de la vue. La maison dispose de quatre chambres, deux salles de bains et peut accueillir 12 confortablement. (Il y a 2 canapĂ©s en cuir si vous voulez dormir 14)

À seulement 1 mile de la Beeline Hwy (87), vous serez Ă  proximitĂ© de la ville pour tous vos achats, dans les Ă©piceries, les restaurants et les thĂ©Ăątres. Parc et Casino Mazatzal. Si vous voulez juste vous dĂ©tendre et vous relaxer ou profiter des grands espaces, la Maison Payson vous offre les deux.
Incroyable zone de randonnée à seulement 2 minutes avec randonnée facile à intermédiaire, avec des sentiers qui mÚnent au sommet de la chaßne de montagnes que vous pouvez voir de notre pont d'observation .... belle! (Apportez vos jumelles!) Superbe VTT à quelques minutes aussi!
DĂ©tendez-vous dans la «Petite ForĂȘt» en bas de la maison principale oĂč vous trouverez un foyer et des bancs pour une conversation dĂ©contractĂ©e ou pour un plus grand groupe. Plantez une tente (s) et voir les Ă©toiles la nuit tout en mangeant une odeur dĂ©licieuse. Il y a aussi une fosse HorseShoe !! Nous avons aussi une table de billard et une table de ping-pong!
Si vous aimez pĂȘcher, de nombreux lacs se trouvent sur le bord de Mogollon. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  seulement trente minutes du lac Roosevelt qui est connu pour la pĂȘche Ă  l'achigan fantastique. La riviĂšre East Verde est Ă  seulement 20 minutes et est stockĂ©e sur une base hebdomadaire pendant la saison de pĂȘche. Le propriĂ©taire obtient habituellement sa limite presque chaque sortie. À seulement quarante minutes se trouve Kohls Ranch, qui offre l'Ă©quitation et la pĂȘche sur Tonto Creek. Tonto Creek Fish Hatchery est un must! Le pont naturel vaut le coup d'Ɠil aussi ... Ă  seulement 15 minutes. Le musĂ©e Zane Gray situĂ© Ă  Payson est une destination populaire.
NOUS SOMMES PET AMICAL! En dehors de notre porte dérobée est un endroit idéal pour promener vos animaux de compagnie. Si votre chien aime l'eau, alors le lac Greenlake Park est un must! Si votre chien aime faire de la randonnée dans la zone de randonnée mentionnée plus haut, c'est idéal!

Great Location

The property was well maintained. the location in town was excellent. The pictures on the website were very actuate. The Host communicated quickly and answered all questions. The home was clean and well kept. When looking for a place in town and close to shopping and restaurants, this is the place you should consider.

Christmas in April

Nestled within the tall pine trees. Very quiet regardless of other homes around. Has a game room that kept we participated playing games. Very clean in and out. Went fishing, site seeing, gambling, saw young elk in Pine. Shopped in near by towns. Enjoyed Beeline cafe, and the Bandit. We able to reach Doug at any time if needed. Very kind and helped us recover an item that we left behind. They are awesome! Highly recommended his rental. Thank you!

Family Friendly

The home was spacious and welcoming. The view from the back deck was beautiful. Inside plenty of room for sitting six kids and adults. The game room was a hit. Playing ping pong with the family. Kid’s love to play outside and how nice it was to have a nice fire pit outside with the family sitting around eating s’mores.

Lovely stay in Payson!

The house is wonderful! We enjoyed the quiet—with sounds of birds—from the large and comfortable deck with a swing seat. The deck has views of the immediate open natural area and a more distant forested hill. We saw lizards, a javelina, elk, hawks, and hummingbirds from the deck, in the natural area behind the house. We enjoyed quiet walks and exploration with children right off of the back of the house, with shaded, quiet seating near the fire pit. The house is large, comfortable, clean, and well stocked with blankets, towels, a laundry room, and everything one might need for all sorts of cooking. The house was very comfortable for our party of 6, including a toddler and preteen child. It is a lovely, relaxing, and peaceful place to stay! Thank you!

get out of the heat

hosted my Phoenix family in July to get out of the heat a bit. (15 degrees makes a difference) Great home, location and everything you need. Worked well with dogs. July 4th great show in Payson. Host was excellent and helpful. would happily stay again.

loved this view!

The pictures do not tell the story of this back yard view! We loved this neighborhood so much we decided to buy a place in the area. It is quiet with beautiful views, and we enjoyed neighborhood walks and relaxing on this deck. This is a great spot for a family gathering. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is the carpet needs to be cleaned and the living room furniture is past it's lifetime, but everything else was very clean and we had a great time.

Family Getaway

After a canceled softball tournament we still made the trip and enjoyed the company of family. Even thought weather had us inside most of the time there was plenty to keep us busy. Once the sun came out we were close to parks and made less then 15 min trip to Tonto Natural Bridge State Park.

Nice family home

We stayed in Doug & Patricia’s family home for our family’s spring break with children ranging in age from 5-12 years old. In total there were 7 of us. Pros: Lovely view, nice back porch. Close to town. Pool table/ping pong. Well stocked kitchen! Ample sleeping arrangements & comfortable bedding. Large family table for dining. Kids games/legos for entertainment. Little updates throughout the home have made it feel very welcoming & inviting. Cons Hosts seemed confused regarding our arrival date initially. House was very cold on arrival and set at 55 degrees. Took awhile to heat up and max temp is set at 69 degrees. Non-functioning bath tub made it difficult to give our twin 5 year olds a bath. No dishwasher.

What a great experience!

We went up hoping to catch some snow and got there just before and left just after it arrived. The property was well heated, and the snowy view was amazing. The owners offer great amenities, the bedrooms offered lots of sleeping options, and the pool table was a blast. The walking trails were great for the dogs, who really enjoyed the wrap-around deck. Any questions we had were quickly answered and the available wood was a lifesaver when we didn't want to drive in the snow. Thanks!

Weekend Getaway

We spent a long weekend with friend/family in Payson hiking and fishing while escaping the Phoenix heat. Loved the property including the view off the deck, fire pit and ping pong / pool table!

Very nice older home in quiet neighborhood

This is a very well-maintained older home. Excellent covered deck recently upgraded with special decking and with nice views as in photo - a nice place to relax when it rains. Bathroom showers have been updated nicely. The beds are comfortable. The AC appears to be new and worked well. The fire pit area is spacious, and firewood is available - great area to relax. It's close to the edge of town which provides an open view and secluded feeling toward the south. Overall, a good value.

Loved the location. Beautiful neighborhood and the house was so big to accommodate my family who met there from Texas. Only the tiny red ants in the kitchen bothered those of us with OCD. Lol

Payson family vacation

This house was perfect for our family weekend getaway. It had everything we needed and comfortable sleeping arrangements for 10 adults. Very peaceful neighborhood with a beautiful view. We look forward to staying there again in the near future. Thank you Doug!
