Bee Happy at the Beach!

Bee Happy - New for the Summer of 2024. Enjoy this North Litchfield Beach cottage. Very conveniently located near the beach access and less than a 2 minute walk until your feet are in the sand. Featuring a nicely furnished, front screened porch facing toward the beach. The perfect place to relax with an ocean breeze and the sounds of the ocean. There is a large sundeck on the back of the home that overlooks the landscaped back yard. The interior features a dining area that opens to the front screened porch, the living area with TV, and the kitchen. The large master bedroom is in the back of the house and is accessed through the bunk room, or an exterior entrance from the back deck. There are 2 baths on the main floor. Bath 1 connects with the bunk room and the master suite. It has a walk-in shower and 2 vanities with sinks. The 2nd bathroom is off the hallway for bedrooms 2 and 3, and it has a tub/shower combination. The ground level bedroom has exterior access only in the covered carport area. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Cable TVs, DVD, Internet, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Keurig Coffee Maker, Pak n Play with Sheets/blanket, Highchair, Central H/VAC on main level and a minisplit AC on the ground floor, Ceiling Fans, Charcoal Grill, Screened Porch, Sundeck, Enclosed Outside Showers, Covered Parking.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking and No Pets

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
