'We were supposed to have a handicap room, when the room wasn't as expected, I went to the front desk to get a handicap room. They said they only had 1 handicap room and it was booked until after we checked out. It made our stay incredibly difficult with my elderly parents. They weren't able to take a shower or get off the toilet without assistance. Had I known i never would have booked this hotel. We weren't able to cancel or move hotels either. I would like a full refund. '
