'We had a wonderful time staying at Kinship Landing. The rooms are modern and immaculate. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and it was a relief to return to an air conditioned room at the end of a long day in the sun. I travelled with my teen son and the bed and loft bunk orientation was perfect for us. The staff is very nice and accommodating too. We had some rental gear shipped to the hotel and they were lovely about receiving it and holding it for our arrival. It was a very nice...

'Stayed here for one night, I was told it was on castle grounds and it included a “pastry chef” breakfast in the castle. As far as the room, the window was broken and stuck wide open all day and then we were told we could change rooms at 11 at night- the room we were switched to, also had a broken window. The staff wedged something in there to keep it shut for the night. It was definitely not ideal to pack up and move in the middle of the night. And then the pastry chef breakfast was nothing more...

'Traveling with our 11-year old grandson who happens to be interested in geology & history, this was a perfect place to spend the night on our way to Rocky Mountain National Park! A beautiful, clean room, pleasant & helpful staff, delicious breakfast choices, good coffee, & interesting bar for us adults the evening before our rest there! The guys enjoyed a game of chess (board provided in the bar area) while having apertivo!'

'It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. 'Our host, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. He noted that because we booked through Expedia, he did not receive our personal information in order to contact us, so he was glad to have caught us upon arrival. The Indian Paintbrush room was lovely. Beds were comfy, hot tub was relaxing, small bathroom but large shower area. The breakfast was yummy! The B&B is steps away from the main drag of Old Colorado City, so there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend...
