1. Location: it is located at the Patong residential area, just 1 kilometer walking to the beautiful beach area of Patong. Along 1 kilometer, there are Top Supermarket, 7-11, Restaurants, Street Foods, Fresh Market, Banks, Largest Fitness Center, Tour Counters, Massage shops, Motorbike rental shops, a lot of tuk-tuk/taxi available and whatever you need for your stay, you can get everything you are looking for at this area.
2. A big newly renovated with new air con, new curtain, new floor with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (shower room) ensuite with an opened closet/wardrobe. The layout is suitable for couple, as it is an opened concept of bathroom within the bedroom with private main door of the bedroom and door between bedroom and bathroom. Please understand the layout before you book the apartment, you can look at photos.
3. Private Fiber Optic WIFI is installed for private use, even the whole building has provided internet system but we do understand your need to work at home. Everyone has online business and works so there is no worry about strong WIFI (300/300 Mbps), strong enough to enjoy WIFI system by all member in the apartment.

Patong is home to a vibrant nightlife, great shopping and high-class international and local cuisine. It is Phuket’s most popular beach and as such most businesses are geared to support the tourist industry - bars, restaurants, markets, massage shops, launderettes, souvenir stalls, tour desks and pharmacies are all in the vicinity.
Within walking distance is a popular night market that offers an array of food stuffs and stalls selling local wares. Are rates per person or per room per night?
The price is per whole apartment per night. Prices are inclusive of electricity and water. We do not provide daily or weekly cleaning and change linens, please contact Host to buy this service for THB800 per time. Host can help to arrange cleaning and linens laundry services with fee applied.
How many people can sleep in the room?
The maximum number of guests are stipulated per listing. Please ensure that the room you wish to book can accommodate the required number of guests.
