'The place is clean but needs maintenance/upkeep. Stove doesn’t work well, took 20 minutes to boil an egg. No plugs in the bathroom. Shower has low water pressure. We booked a two bedroom and on the first night she gave us a one bedroom. My 75 year old father had to sleep on the couch. Asked her to refund JUST the first night since a one bedroom wasn’t what we paid for and she suggested we cancel the whole reservation. 'Mattresses had dirt, debris, could be dead bugs, perhaps cockroach fecis. The owner said i should have called and they would have sent someone over to correct it. I shouldn't have to deal with this filth in the first place. Just disgusting. We left immediately and drove to san juan staying at Wyndham. I stayed at 5 other locations and none had mattress with filth like this.'

'We could have stayed here twice as long and still have wanted more. Such a beautiful, peaceful spot, right on the ocean. The owners are gracious and kind and a joy to talk to. The apartment was clean and comfortable, but the veranda is where we spent most of our time, with it's amazing view of the ocean. Loved watching the pelicans fishing and the boats going by. Just beautiful! We could not have found a better spot to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Can't wait to go back!'

'First off the host was very accommodating from our initial booking. We booked one floor and later needed the second floor and he helped make it all work. The property is off a little side dirt road off a main road that takes you into a neighborhood, the property is not part of that neighborhood. 'Aida is an amazing host who provided generous care to my family and I during our stay. The house is great and equipped with cold A/C. One thing to note about the property is DO NOT SWIM in the beach. Not only are there plenty of rocks but the current is way too strong to swim in — even for experienced swimmers.
