'Clean room'

'My first room smelled moldy. The staff provided me with another room very quickly, but the second room wasn’t much better. Smelled almost like a dog was in there. The carpet did not look clean. This hotel needs to be updated.'

'I only stayed for one night while attending a meeting, and for that purpose, the hotel was exactly what I needed. It was clean, practical, and conveniently located near my meeting. The continental breakfast was fairly standard — pretty much what you would expect from a typical business hotel. They also offer ample free parking, which is definitely a plus if you’re driving through Long Island.'

'This place is more like a section 8 housing, than a hotel. People with Pitt bulls, people screaming all night long, the receptionist/front desk locking you out so you have to go back to reactivate your room keys. No working vending machines to get at least some water. The gaps underneath the doors are high enough that I had to put a towel down to prevent anything from crawling in. No elevators, so you have to carry your luggages via steps if you are the second floor. This place needs a serious...

'The inn was great it worked perfect for our family. Having 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths is great for 4 people. The owners had great snacks, coffee, Fiji water. Location was perfect close to shops, restaurants and the Gateway theater. We were here for a show that my daughter was in at the theater. I highly recommend the Belport inn'

'While the room was clean, it was obvious there was a mold problem on the ceiling above the shower that had been painted over at least once. The building is very dated and showing it's age. The elevator we honestly thought was going to break down every time we got in it, with the noises it made. For a one night stay it was fine, but paying the higher memorial weekend price made it not worth the cost.'
