'My youngest son graduated from Rice Univ and so my husband and two older children stayed at the house during our visit! The rooms were great-each has their own tv, the beds are REALLY comfortable, bath towels are super absorbent, and there is bath gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided. The owners are quick to respond to questions and initiated to make sure that our stay was going well once we areived. We really appreciated their care and concern. 'James has a beautiful home. It was large enough for a group of us. It has ample space to sleep everyone and to hang out back on the patio or by the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because of the weather but it was nice and clean. If you’re in the area definitely check it out'

'I went here on a retreat with 8th graders. The property was clean and well prepared. The recreational equipment was all in good order. The kitchen was adequate for cooking feeding a large group. The place would also be excellent for a reunion site. The decking, chairs and outside was spectacular with abundant seating areas in great condition.'

'We selected this condo as a central location for multiple events of a family wedding. It was quite spacious and allowed our family of 5 plenty of room to relax and rest between events. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed delicious meals from several of the multitude of restaurants in the area. Special shoutout to the Burger Bodega. Atliano was always responsive when we reached out with questions. I would recommend the listing be updated to reflect that the beds are queens, not kings,...

'This property was hands down gorgeous. There was enough room for everyone. The pool was amazing. The host was amazing. There was a few gnats, but it’s the beach so that was to be expected. Not so much of a pest to ruin our time. The pool is not heated and we didn’t mind at all. It was hot enough outside for us to just dive in. Honestly I miss this place already! I have been singing this property praises to whoever would listen, lol'
