'We had 7 couples & stayed here 4/13/24-4/20/24. We had an amazing trip with lots of memories. Staff was wonderful to work with. Any concerns they addressed promptly. The only downfall we had is one of the bedrooms downstairs had no air conditioning or vents, so made that room very warm. Would definitely recommend this place and consider again if we came back.'

'The property is conveniently located near Leeward Highway and Grace Bay. It is constantly served by a natural breeze from the water which is good because the AC is only located in the bedrooms. We were able to open all the doors and windows and turn on the fans to keep the temperature at a reasonable level. Utilities worked well and the kitchen is well-appointed with utensils and crockery. 'I cannot say enough great things about this property. The location is about a 15-20 minute drive to most things to do in Grace Bay, which wasn’t to far. Taylor bay beach and sap beach were both within 5 minutes. Las brias is also 5 minutes. The house itself is even better than pictures. Plenty of pans for cooking. Despite a minor hiccup with the cottage not being cleaned when we first arrived, the on-island contact was fantastic—within 30 minutes, the charming and thorough cleaning lady had everything spotless.
