« Nothing about this stay was acceptable. If I could give less than one star, I would.
1. No hot water in the unit.
2. Kitchen was infested with ants and effectively unusable, forcing us to eat out.
3. Curtain rail in the bedroom was held together with duct tape and eventually fell down onto my children.
4.Beds were misrepresented in the listing. It advertised one King and two Queens; in reality, it was one Queen and two Double beds.
5. Only two towels were provided for four people....

« My group of 15 friends had a great stay at the Castle of Oz. The property exceeded all expectations and we were very well taken care of by the entire support staff, who were available night and day to provide any assistance we required. They made our stay stress free! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Costa Rica. »
