'The porch of the building gives an excellent view of GĂ©rardmer where we found plenty to do during our 4-day visit (for swimming; visit Lac de Longemer instead of Lac de GĂ©rardmer). The interior is somewhat minimalistic but has everything you need plus a nice shower. The hosts were friendly and delivered a very clean accomodation. They only spoke French (we didn't), but with some gestures and Google translate we could make it work.'

'Het huis staat aan de rand van GĂ©rardmer waardoor je prachtig over de stad uitkijkt en kunt genieten van de rust. Heerlijke tuin, ruime kamers. De inrichting is wat verouderd maar prima in orde. Enig minpunt was dat het huis niet goed schoon was bij aankomst.'

À fuir absolument la femme de mĂ©nage nous a expliquĂ© que u elle Ă©tait mal payĂ© alors elle ne dĂ©sirait pas fignoler le mĂ©nage '
