Only a 15-minute walk from the apartment is a beach and a coastal meadow protected area with rare plants. Beach promenades are about 2 km away. The Old Town, the theater, the concert hall, the museum and the exhibition hall are also about 2.5 km away.
The apartment has everything you need to prepare your own food. The kitchenette includes a stove, kettle, coffee and tea making pots. There are also boilers and necessary dishes and cutlery.

In the years 1699-1710 there was a university in Pärnu. There was also a maritime school in Pärnu. In the 1930's Pärnu became an important resort town in the Baltic Sea.
