'We were welcomed very well the first time, but when we returned, the staff had completely changed. Our accommodation wasn't clean; there was dirt under the bed and lots of cobwebs on the ceiling. Furthermore, when they serviced our room the next day, the trash bins weren't even emptied.'

Had we of been staying any longer than one night then we have changed hotels. The pictures online are definitely outdated.'

'Excellent all round. Parking easy, a decent amount of space despite us arriving late on a Friday evening. Staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming, and our room was really spacious with everything we needed. Very peaceful sleep, with quiet but effective air conditioning making for a comfortable night. Breakfast was superb, wide choice and pleasant surroundings.'

'As always, hospitality is defined by the people who provide it. The hotel staff was magnificent in this regard. From the breakfast servers to the front desk, everyone was kind, helpful and wore a smile. A special mention for the cleaning staff who did an excellent job every morning. Breakfast was delicious with options such as eggs Florentine and eggs Benedict, although as a continental European i would have liked to have seen some cheeses at the buffet. 'A really large bed and tv with plenty of choice . Blackout blinds and an extra fan to combat the hot weather .No real room service though and no on site staff to chat with, although plenty of info of who to contact for any issues . I found the room door lock fiddly at first but then realised that you have to run your fingers all over it to activate it and light it up. Once that happens then enter your code and you are in . Really good shower but the dispensers could have done with being topped...
