**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
Edelweiss Haus Condominiums is in Old Town Park City, Utah. 1000 ft from Park City Mountain! The location is near the base village of Park City Mountain Resort and is also on the FREE bus route.

Before your arrival, the condo will be cleaned thoroughly by our professional cleaning team. This condo has space for family and friends. Private parking for 2 cars in the oversized attached garage with additional guest parking on the property if you need it. The Master bedroom provides a king bed and private bathroom It has more than enough storage for clothes, suitcases, and more. The second bedroom provides the option of two twin beds or a king bed depending on guest requirements. The condo is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery, and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this your home away from home throughout your stay. Come relax by the gorgeous gas fireplace in the front room and be fully connected to WiFi, cable TV, Netflix, and more. Other amenities at Edelweiss Haus include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, men's and women's saunas, a common area, a laundry room, and a ski room.

We generally had a good stay and the host was very responsive to any issues that arose. A couple of things to note: Mainly it is a lot of effort to load/unload with a bunch of ski gear on day one and the last day!(1) 4th floor with no elevator, but ski locker is in same building at least on the first floor(2) Garage is in a different building - you have to go up one flight, exit the building, up stairs to get to your building, then up 3 flights to get to your unit(3) the windows are thin, so you can hear everything on the main road. Playing white noise helped some, but not 100%.But, once unloaded, you can literally walk to First Time lift and get on the slopes with ease. It was perfectly located and the communal hot tub at the end of the day was ideal for chatting with others and relaxing the body after a full day of skiing.

Spring Break Getaway

Perfect for our family and so close to Mountain Village. We loved being able to cook and stay on our own timeline with the kids. Being within a 5 minute walk to the lifts, restaurants, coffee, and everything was great. Kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook for all the kids and settle in to relax. Living room had a great view. Hosts were very responsive and fast with communication. We had an infant and the property manager brought over a pack and play and high chair. Overall, awesome place. It’s a far trip for us Florida folks, but we’ll stay there again!

Great place, fantastic price.

We loved this place. Everything about it was perfect, the location, the view, the price, etc. The only complaint is that there is no air conditioning but you are provided with fans. Everything else was great. We left an expensive item behind and had an honest cleaning person turn it in and the people who rent the condo out shipped it to us in the mail. We can’t say enough good things about how accommodating and helpful they were. Thank you!! Would definitely recommend.

Great view of Park City Mountain

First time using VRBO - learned a lot, mainly don’t assume anything. First, this unit is on the 4th floor, there is NO ELEVATOR. We had no idea. Secondly, there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. Again no idea. Obliviously no big deal for you winter renters but something to consider for the summer months. Had to keep sliding doors open all the time which gave us constant road noise and those Park City buses do make noise. Couple that with the large floor fan provided running, there is a constant roar in the unit. Had to move the large fan from living room to bedroom each night, one night had to place the fan on a chair at the foot of the bed to get some air moving. The original listing had listed in the amenities a washer and dryer, we took that as being in the unit. Appears the listing wording has now been changed to indicate there is a public washer/dryer in the building. Is a hassle to get to the unit, 1st a code to get on the grounds, then a key to enter the building and then after climbing all those stairs a key to get in the unit. Had to be careful adjusting the living room curtains - were just a couple of rods in loose fitting brackets holding the panels. A couple of times the rod and panels fell to the floor while adjusting the panels. The 2nd bathroom shower doors were off the tracks, had to minimize moving them so they wouldn’t fall out. Unit was clean, a nice view and it has to be a speculator view in the winter. Again, we learned to not assume anything when considering a property to rent.
