    The level below the condo offers underground parking for guests, while there is additional parking outside in the guest parking area, which is a direct and easy walk up to the sliding glass door and back of the condo.     Fawngrove has beautiful walking paths all over the property. It is green and lush in summer and a gorgeous walk to evening summer concerts at Deer Valley. The winter months offer equal convenience at Fawngrove.

We hope to stay here again. This property was in the perfect location between Deer Valley base and downtown Park City. It was easy to get to both either with public transportation or walking. So easy to ski from here!

go out the front of the Fawngrove complex, and there's a bus. go out the back (the condo faces the backside) and there's both a cafe AND a bus. Space is a little funky, with dryer and washer inside the master and the corner kitchen really meant for one and half. but the gas fireplace makes things cozy and the hot tub is RIGHT outside the door.

Our best ski trip yet!

We had the most wonderful week at this condo. All of the beds were comfortable with quality bedding. The amenities were upgraded and modern. The kitchen was well stocked with basics and we did not need to spend money on household supplies like detergent and paper towels, as the basics were all left for us. The staff checked on us every day to make sure we were having a great time and did not need anything. The designated parking spot is right below the unit. The bus stop is right outside, making it easy for all of the members of my family to come out whenever they were ready. After years of coming to this mountain, it was lovely to have a more modern upgraded condo. We had friends over for dinner and the condo sat 10 people comfortably. Thank you for a great trip!

Amazing unit in an amazing location

This unit has a large 2 car garage that can fit 2 SUVs. There is a boot heater in the garage. Super nice for skiers. The 2 king master suites are huge, and come with their own fireplaces. The kitchen has a full supply of very nice appliances, cookware and silverware. The hot tub and pool needed a good cleaning and had waay too much chlorine that will ruin clothing and cause your skin to itch. The water pressure and temperature in the showers were not great.

Excellent Single Level 2-Bedrood, 2-Bath Unit

We've been skiing Deer Valley for consecutive years (40) and this property is a favorite. Both bedrooms are on the same level. Overall, was an excellent combination of location, space, amenities, and convenience. The condo appeared to be recently renovated, comfortable and functional. Kitchen was well equipped, but the 5-cup coffee maker was a little too small, so we purchased a 12-cup coffee maker and left it behind for others to enjoy. A few more kitchen shelves or cabinet space for purchased food items, would be a welcomed addition. It's a perfect location for access to free public transportation to Deer Valley and historic main street. Access to the underground garage for a single vehicle is a bonus. The management company was very responsive to our needs. Overall an excellent choice for those needing a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit. Unfortunately, this HOA and nearly all other condos in the Deer Valley area no longer permits dogs for renters. Consequently, we'll be forced to consider a different ski resort for 2026.

Wouldn’t stay again

Was contacted 24 hours before my 6 night stay that the ceiling had collapsed in 1 of the 2 rooms. The lady in reservations was very kind and assured me that she would be there all week and if I had any problems to call her. Well low and behold the next 2 days I called she had off. They said they would refund half my money for my stay if I chose to stay (there was literally not one available place in DV/park city. So we stayed here. I got refunded 400 and some change on a 3000+ rental. They did give me a brand new air mattress though! The sleeper sofa would not pull out, it was broken. There was a nice pile of toe nails next to the master bedroom nightstand. I will be using any other rental company in the future, as I have gone to DV once a year for the previous, jeez I don’t even know… many years. Never had any of these issues anywhere.

Excellent Location!

Overall, this unit was very nice. The best part is by far the location: A 5 min bus ride to Deer Valley and a 5 min drive to Park City / Main Street. The unit was adequately sized for a family of 4 and the parking garage was conveniently located close to the unit. The private hot tub was wonderful after a long day of skiing! The only areas that led to the 4 vs 5 star rating are: 1. Poor Communication with the management company. Each time I would message with questions, the answers were vague and completely unhelpful. It was clear that the people answering the messages were not local and were not familiar with the unit or location. 2. The condo was not stocked as advertised. Many kitchen utensils were old, broken, or not there. Also, the unit was missing hairdryers, etc. The company needs to do a better job taking inventory of what is actually in the units to ensure they are stocked as advertised.

Perfect Spot!

This condo was ideal for a family ski trip! Easy access to the bus routes made coming and going from the slopes a breeze. The hot tub was the kids' favorite part. Kitchen had all the basics to make cooking at home easy. Super clean and nice. Will stay here again!

2 things kept it from a great rating- garage door keypad was broken the entire week so we had to walk around to open from inside. Also has a tiny combo washer/dryer thing that washes about 3 tshirts at a time. For families with kids doesn't count as a washer and dryer at all. Otherwise nice place, clean and updated.

Great at Deer Valley

Ease of access to Deer Valley and Park City was great via driving or city shuttles. Very comfortable furnishings and well-supplied kitchen. Wish there was more variety with dishes and serving dishes. The garage door did have issues opening during our stay, but maintenance was on-site the same day and fixed the issues.

A great spot to find connection and nature

We loved our weekend stay! The condo was a newly furnished condo and well-stocked kitchen. The cozy fireplace and underground parking were a nice surprise. I'm picky about towels... We had new fresh bedding, towels, and the internet worked great while we were there. No complaints there! It's ideally located near the ski resort and famous main street. Google Maps shows it much further than it actually is. It's about a block to the Snow Park Lodge and just a 1/4 mile or so to Main Street. There's a small cafe next door that was great for summer coffee or lunch and we found some pretty cool activities at the small lake. That was a surprise. We were here in the summer and just couldn't believe the views we had access to with just a walk or a quick shuttle. We're definitely coming back. Being from southern California, we don't get to ski very often. We noticed that the ski school is located close to the condo so we and the kids could take a refresher course when we come back this winter! I would highly recommend this place!

Simply perfect

I had an exceptional time using this property and am absolutely excited to make this unit a part of my recurring plans when I visit Deer Valley every year, this was such a fabulous discovery and I'm so happy we found it. The amenities were wonderful and the proximity to all of my favorite stops was a big plus. The condo was clean and well cared for and made for a cozy stay on chilly nights. I was worried the internet would be slow and its a big deal for me since I have a podcast to keep going while I'm on the road, but it was even faster than the one I have at home! The views are stunning and just gave me a feeling of luxury and abundance. No shortcuts here with this place, highly recommended!

Amazing Condo

I absolutely loved this condo!!! It was such a nice/cozy getaway from the craziness of everyday life!! My kids loved bunk beds, and I absolutely loved the hot tub!!! The kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms were perfect (comfy beds). We felt extremely comfortable while visiting the Fawngrove Oasis. It was great to sit outside and enjoy our coffee on the porch in the mornings, and enjoy a comfortable early summer evenings as well. I will absolutely be going back again, and I cannot wait. I want to come back when my family and I attend a concert at Deer Valley. Thanks to the hosts for having us!!

Best place to stay in park city
