Pros: Great location. Easy access to Park City mountain resort and downtown Park City. Spa in the room was fantastic. Comfortable primary bedroom. Great living space. Cons: The jets in the jetted bath in the primary bathroom were broken. Multiple blinds were broken and/or missing throughout the rooms. The nice leather recliner was electric and not functioning. The wiring in the room required lights switches to operate lamps as opposed to just being able to turn lamps on and off without having to apply a primary power switch. Several lamps would not stay plugged in. The stove is an electric range which makes it difficult for proper cooking. The knobs on the stove were worn which made it difficult to know how high or low the heat was. Bottom line: Lots of updates need to be made to these rooms in order to feel that it's worth the price. Although nice accommodations, you would expect for what they charge to be nicer and updated and they aren't. You are paying for convenience which is not worth it, especially if you're already traveling from a long distance to ski and paying a lot of money to travel. If that's the case, you want to escape to a nice room, updated, and free of broken items.
