HIGHLY Recommend!

I cannot say enough about this house! Took my family of 7 to Park City to ski and hangout together. The location was PERFECT. We could literally walk to the main lift at the base of Park City Mountain! It was five minutes from downtown main street and truly everything around! The house is beautiful and they even left homemade crescent rolls in the freezer from a local farm to bake!

Excellent Stay

High end, well appointed home with 4 en suite master suites and a room with substantial bunks. This is a well built, well crafted ski house. The management team, Abode, was high responsive and helpful as well. Would stay again for sure!

Great Location

We really enjoyed this house. The location was very accommodating to access everything Park City has to offer. The house is very spacious. The garage was able to fit our large Yukon SUV that we rented. The property management communicates well for any questions or assistance if needed. We will definitely look to book with Abode whenever we return to Park City.

Great house and location

We had a wonderful stay, albeit a brief one in Park City, we would definitely return and recommend others do as well. The house is well apportioned and located in the heart of town. The rental company should be praised as well, they retrieved my daughter’s stuffed animal and returned it to us promptly and for that I cannot thank them enough.

Thanksgiving in Park City

Our family had the best time in Park City! The location of the house was amazing, the great room with the dining area and kitchen was the perfect size for our family of 8 to eat, play games and hang out. The customer service was outstanding. Whenever we had a question or issue, the text was answered quickly and issue was resolved if we asked. The only issue we have is with the overall condition of the home. The expectation of a luxury rental with top notch properties and world class experiences falls short. When this is the expectation, everything and I mean everything should be in working condition! The hot tub jets only worked sporadically, the steam shower in the master did not work at all, the tub faucet in the master was broke, sink leaked in the kitchen. There were knobs missing off the dressers and nightstands, the tile was broken in the kitchen and entry way. A dining room chair was broke. When we arrived there was a crew there that left very quickly once we arrived without explanation. We figured out quickly because once we turned on the tub upstairs the ceiling in the kitchen started leaking. None of these things took away from our vacation and were not a priority to get fixed while we there but with the amount we paid to stay at a luxury rental, we expected more. Ensure all the little things are fixed and make sure all the equipment is in working condition to make sure your guests do get that world class experience at a top notch luxury rental.

Family!!!

The home is absolutely beautiful and the location could not be more perfect. The home is well stocked and definitely a luxury booking. There were a few glitches on things that were not working but the home is going to have "reno" soon and none of those things were necessities. The management company was super responsive when the garage door didn't work and it was fixed almost instantly. Overall .... perfect vacation! Thanks!

Spectacular First Impression.

Dramatic entrance upon opening the front door. Great location. Walkable to Main Street, chairlifts, and activities. Very clean when we arrived. We used a great grocery delivery service who had everything neatly sitting on the counter. My family and I had a wonderful stay.

Great location, lovely house with some issues

This house is in a great spot for getting to the ski lifts; just across the street! It is comfortable and spacious for a large group. We were 3 families with plenty of room for sleeping, eating, and hanging out. The heated driveway was very convenient with all the snow and an otherwise tricky driveway. The biggest issues were plumbing and the kitchen. Nothing were so major that we didn't enjoy our time, but mostly just enough to feel like the cost was too high when accompanied by the issues. The biggest plumbing issue was that the showers didn't have hot water for more than 2-3 people and for a house that sleeps 12, that was a real pain. Additionally, one shower backed up and hair came out of the drain within a few minutes every time it was used. The kitchen was nice looking but was not as equipped as we hoped. There was a shortage of glasses and other items for a large group. It would have probably worked for a crew of 12, but would have been tight. The ovens looked nice but didn't function at 100%. The pots and pans were pieced together and nothing very nice. There was no coffee grinder. We were thoroughly welcomed, responded to when we had a complaint, communicated with and informed before our trip and over all had an excellent experience with the property management team.

This was a fantastic property. The location was terrific and the amenities were better than advertised. We were particularly pleased that the staff was able to accommodate several specific requests to child proof the property for my three grandsons under the age of 5.. I would happily stay here again.

The area in which the hot tub sits is fairly undesirable. Could use some cleaning up and lighting, other chairs etc. The upper, main balcony needs cleaning and more seating as well. We took a couple of chairs from the small balcony out there. Need more outdoor chairs overall. Also, the bathrooms need more hooks and/or rods to hang clothes and towels.

Nice property

First the bood: This is a very nice house with spacious bedrooms. We loved our stay there and would recommend the place. The cons: While there we had minor issues with the management company. I informed them of several items in the house that were not working and needed repair, none were addressed during our one week stay. We also were not able to get a working garage door code and the garage remote did not work. There were about half dozen other things that did not work and needed repair. I informed the management company but no one ever came to address any of the issues. As stated before, this is a very nice property (and priced that way), so it should be maintained a little better. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. This house has a great location and is perfect for a large family or several couples.

Well appointed luxury property

This house is lovely. No detail was spared on the construction, furnishing, or decorating. Abode made it so easy by providing basic amenities often not found in VRBO homes (shampoo, conditioner, soap, plentiful towels, starter DW liquid, etc.). The beds are all incredibly comfortable and each bedroom has tons of drawer and closet space (a pet peeve of ours in other places). We didn’t feel like we were living in someone else’s space like we do in many other rentals. The location is great for either PC or DV skiing - just a quick walk to PC and a block to the bus stop to get to DV. Our only constructive feedback is that the dishwasher, microwave and freezer are a little dated and need some repairs. There is no working filtered water or ice maker, but Abode provided us with 6 bags of ice and a wine basket to make up for it. It would also be nice if there were board games or books, and perhaps place mats to cover the gorgeous dining room table. And they could use more teaspoons. But overall one of the best places we have stayed in - and we rent quite a bit.
