This former sewing workshop has been transformed into a sumptuous triplex capable of accommodating up to 7 people,

The private entrance is through the ground floor leading to a living room with kitchen.

On the first floor is a master bedroom with bathroom and another common bathroom with shower and toilet.

In the basement is a cinema room, with a Star Wars spirit, with a 70-inch TV.
