Bathroom: A modern marble bathroom with shower, welcome kit including shower gel and shampoo, and hairdryer.

Toilet: A toilet is integrated into the bathroom for added convenience.

Additional amenities: Dishwasher, iron, Wi-Fi included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest. Everything is designed to make you feel at home.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a secure building without elevator.

* The studio has no window onto the outside: there is no view and no fresh air, and natural light is very limited; air is renewed by the air conditioning. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
* The studio is very small, smaller than the photos suggest: with two suitcases, space quickly runs out and storage is limited. It suits a solo traveller or a couple who spend their days out.

On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the Marais, a 4-minute walk from Hôtel de Ville metro station (lines 1 and 11), in an air-conditioned studio designed by Sandrine Hayat, with a marble bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a dishwasher.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole property.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
