Enjoy a pleasant stay in this carefully designed apartment, designed to combine comfort and practicality.

The living room offers a cozy space with a double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table, ideal for relaxing or sharing a meal after a day in Paris.

The open-plan kitchen is modern and functional, equipped with a stove, microwave, and Nespresso machine, allowing you to easily prepare your meals on site.

The sleeping area comprises two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed and quality bedding. One of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom, providing additional comfort.

Two modern bathrooms with showers are available, equipped with shower gel, shampoo, and hairdryers. A separate toilet completes the layout for added convenience.

In terms of amenities, you have a washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, as well as Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided for each guest.

The building is secure (with a keypad and video intercom).

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the ground floor, on a courtyard, and gets little natural light. The bedrooms have no windows that open: there is little fresh air, especially at night. If daylight matters a lot to you, please take this into account.
* The apartment has only one toilet, which is separate; neither bathroom has one. With six guests, this takes some organisation.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will have 55 m² (592 sq ft), quiet on a courtyard and at ground level, in a lively street full of restaurants and shops, close to Cadet, Grands Boulevards and Chaussée d'Antin – La Fayette metro stations, with two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
