As soon as you walk in, you'll be charmed by the large living area, which includes a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The ground floor has four bedrooms, ideal for everyone to have their own space, as well as a functional and well-designed bathroom with a toilet. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, ideal for childrens.



🎬 A basement dedicated to entertainment The real highlight of this duplex is downstairs: a private cinema room where young and old can enjoy movie projections at home. For even more fun, there is also a foosball table and a cozy bar reserved for adults, perfect for relaxing in the evening. A second bathroom with two toilets and a separeted shower is also available for optimal comfort. In the cinema room, the sofa can be used as a sofa bed.

This accommodation is designed for peaceful stays with family or friends. We make it a point of honor to preserve the tranquility of the premises and the neighborhood. Parties, events, noises and disturbances are not permitted.
