Located close to Nation, this pleasant accommodation comprises a bedroom with 1 double bed, a low-ceilinged mezzanine with a double bed, a bathroom and a lovely lounge area for relaxing after an intense day in Paris.
You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay. You will be very well served by public transportation, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers an immediate proximity to shops and restaurants. The district is very appreciated by the locals and the tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.

In the home sanitary issues are top priority. Below are details of the measures we implemented for every guest in the house to make travel safer :

The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task.

The 12th arrondissement of Paris is one of its biggest arrondissements before even considering the immense Bois de Vincennes which is attached and is twice its surface area. Excluding the neighboring districts of Bastille, Gare de Lyon and Bercy, the 12th arrondissement is located in the faubourgs.
La Coulée Verte, or walkway planted almost leaves the Place de la Bastille, at the crossroads between Rue de Lyon and Rue de Charenton, and extends to the Peripherique, following an old railway line, which transported goods to the port of the Arsenal.

Okay Apt in Nation

Overall great neighbourhood and the apartment is agreeable! Detractors were that we had zero communication from the property manager which caused some anxiety as we wanted an early check-in as arriving on a long haul flight. That said early access did happen but it was never confirmed. Loved the neighbourhood. Feels very authentic and local with restaurants and cafes, brasseries, book shops. Not touristy which we loved. We were not supplied with toilet paper, dishwasher tabs or dishtowels so couldn't do our dishes. Luckily there was supermarket directly opposite where we could get TP. The bedding (sheets and pillowcases) were poor quality and the towels were old and in some cases ripped.The second bed is on a platform which is very cramped (close to the ceiling) so if you are claustrophobic this is not a bed for you. The main bedroom is nice. And the apartment has a dishwasher and fridge and hot plates. This apartment worked for a family, but might not work for a group of unrelated adults.

L'appartement manquait de propreté et d'hygiène (pas de protège matelas, toiles d'araignées, sol et surface,...) . Un grand nombre de dysfonctionnements présent dans le logement depuis un certain temps (cf les avis depuis Janvier 2025) comme le lave-vaisselle, le grille-pain, le rideau métallique, mais surtout une douche non fonctionnelle, car le mitigeur ne fonctionnait pas et l'eau était que bouillante.Équipement manquant : Pas de torchon, ni éponge, ni essuie tout. Une poêle qui était impropre à la cuisson.Et le pire dans tout cela, c'est que nous en avons informé la conciergerie et elle n'a jamais daigné nous répondre.

Très bon emplacement, appartement conforme mais aucune communication, messages laissés sans réponse pour accéder au logement dysfonctionnements signalés (store chambre cassé et fermé, grille pain ne fonctionne pas, mitigeur salle de bains impossible à régler et eau bouillante sous la douche, serviette de toilette trouée, pas de torchons, propreté moyenne). Dommage…

Tolle Lager, leider nicht so sauber

Das Appartement liegt sehr gut, nah zur Metro und auch das Viertel ist schön, mit vielen netten Restaurants. Die Einrichtung ist grundsätzlich schön, aber leider schon etwas verlebt. Toaster und Fernseher gingen nicht und die Spülmaschine macht nicht sauber.. war dennoch ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

No clean linens and evacuated due to black mold!

No communication with owner and poor communication with "middleman" management company. You should be aware of: 1-CLEANLINESS Was told place needed to be cleaned so no early check in. Okay, but was it cleaned? Apparently not. Later that evening, a group of confused and sordid characters showed up and said they had to clean. What? We were sleeping settled in and did not want to be disturbed nor robbed. Oddly they claimed they had clean towels and linens with them and could have at least given them to us, but did not. This odd group pretty much disappeared into the night ( never to be heard from again)... So because they left we had nothing but dirty towels and sheets. So we asked HostnFly several times via email and phone with VRBO to get us clean linens and no response. It was as if they refused to address their mistake and fix the situation. 2-BLACK MOLD Walked around and noticed black on several walls. Took pics. The images alarmed VRBO so much, they told us to leave the premises immediately once they saw them. Additionally, VRBO got us into a hotel with clean linens and no mold. Conclusion: HostnFly is horrible and I am surprised they are in business. They do not care, are unresponsive and there is rampant stupidity and apathy amongst staffers. Con artists perhaps? I made a serious mistake in booking this as HostnFly was involved.

Comodo e funzionale

Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido fine settimana a Parigi. L'appartamento è comodo, facilmente accessibile (piano terra), tutto bianco e funzionale. Ai bambini è piaciuto moltissimo il letto sul soppalco, mentre la camera per i genitori è ampia e confortevole, il che permette a una famiglia di distribuirsi bene negli spazi. Manca un tavolo per pranzare, ma siamo sempre stati fuori! Raccomando calorosamente.

Perfect City Trip Location

Nice and comfortable appartment with all necessary equipment for a city trip stay. Clean, cosy and perfect location. Accross the street a supermarket, several restaurants in the close area and also different Metro stations within a 5 min. walking distance. We enjoyed it very much.
