We loved this apartment! Check-in was super easy and the location couldn’t be better — metros nearby, a great café downstairs, tasty Thai, a boulangerie and chocolate shop, plus a short walk to Yann Couvreur’s pâtisserie and one of the best fromageries in Paris.The apartment was spotless, quiet, and surprisingly cool even in 30C heat (the portable AC worked great too). Felt like home from day one. We can’t wait to come back — highly recommend!⸻Nous avons adoré cet appartement ! L’enregistrement était très simple et l’emplacement est idéal — métro tout près, un super café juste en bas, un bon restaurant thaï, une boulangerie et une chocolaterie, et à quelques pas seulement de la pâtisserie Yann Couvreur et d’une des meilleures fromageries de Paris.L’appartement était impeccable, calme et restait frais même par plus de 30C (le climatiseur mobile fonctionnait très bien aussi). On s’est sentis chez nous dès le premier jour. On a hâte de revenir — à recommander absolument !

We had an easy and pleasant stay! The kitchen is pretty minimal so not an ideal place if you want to cook a lot in the flat. But the location is excellent with so many great food and coffee options right outside (while still being really quiet for sleeping as the unit is well off the street). Wonderful for our needs. Part of a family gathering.

Our extended family of seven adults and eight children traveled to Paris for a one week holiday to explore the city. We stayed in this apartment and two others in the same apartment building so that we would be able to visit with each other easily. The location was central, five minute walk from Pompidou, ten minutes from Picasso and fifteen from Notre Dame. It was also close to the Metro. The apartments were clean and spacious and well maintained. They were comfortable and nicely arranged giving us space to arrange the clutter of eight children. Our hosts, Ico and Baltazar, were there to meet us and were very responsive to our needs, appearing quickly when needed, cheerful and helpful. The air-conditioning kept us comfortable in the midst of a 100 degree heat wave. There were many restaurants in the area as well as bakeries and small grocery stores. There were also a variety of places to get interesting take out meals. Thankfully none of them were McDonalds or Starbucks. For our family adventure, these apartments were perfect. And any one of them would be perfect for a smaller family.

Friends getaway

Quiet respite in a great location was wonderful during a heatwave and high tourist season in Paris. Host was incredibly reachable and helpful with questions. Property was clean if a bit sparse and worn. ( Tiles in bathroom could use a good clean, floor painted concrete, decorative cushions worn and could use replacing to name a few). The view is of an internal courtyard which is good for no noise but you're looking at a wall. Seating not enough if there were to be 11 staying and sofa not comfortable. Kitchen could use more serving pieces if trying to eat in apartment. Air conditioning are the portable units but the apartment does stay cool even at 30/100. But the beds were extremely comfortable, there was good water pressure, there were plenty of towels and they left plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. The location is great and so many things to do right outside the door with restaurants and bars and shops and groceries easily accessible and tourist locations a quick walk or taxi away. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would book it again and the host was great. We were just surprised by a few things even having seen the pictures, read the reviews and the rental rate paid.

Quiet property in the Marais area!

This property was perfect for our family of 3 generations. The location was set off the street through a courtyard and very quiet. Check in was easy and the apartment was clean. We would definitely stay in this property again if we come back to Paris.

My family & I recently enjoyed a stay here. We found the apartment clean, spacious and we had excellent communication with management before, during and after our stay. We knew, at minimum, we would be able to leave bags as early as 11am on arrival but because no one was there the night before we were allowed to fully check in at 11am which was very helpful! Management was quick to reply to my messages. Someone met us on site to show us the apartment. It is exactly as shown in the pictures- 2 full bathrooms (2 showers with good water pressure & plenty of hot water, 2 toilets). 3 full bedrooms. They provided hand soap for bathroom sinks and plenty of toilet paper. We did not use the kitchen much but it is stocked with pots, dishes, glasses & wine glasses. We did not use the washing machine but there is one. Entrance to the apartment is off of quiet interior courtyard that was clean and safe. Our family felt safe in this area, there is a large supermarket around the corner, many walkable restaurants, cafes, metro stops. Management even gave a long list of restaurant recommendations when we asked. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely return.

Ample apartment with great location

Very spacious apartment without excessive decor. Two small refrigerators (keep that in mind) and a washing machine that desperately needs instructions unless you have hours to spare. Attentive and responsive management team. The bedroom with the en suite bathroom is under a RIDICULOUSLY noisy neighbor who argues and moves furniture through the night, so pack industrial strength ear plugs and a powerful sound machine. Location is superb and is very easy in/out.

Great location and host!

The location was wonderful and the host was extremely quick to respond, give suggestions, and dealt with a shower drain issue quickly. The apartment itself was fine, the bathrooms weren't the cleanest, but I would likely stay again with a large group.

Wonderful stay in Paris!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. The apartment was just as described in the listing. It is situated in the middle of the Marias close to shopping, food, museums, the subway, etc. But is set back off of the street in a quiet courtyard so we heard no street noise. The property had everything we needed. The kitchen was open and spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the apartment was somehow always the right temperature. It was always lovely to come home after long days in the city. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return on our next visit to Paris!

Wonderful apartment

We loved this apartment in the Le Marais district. It was large and spacious, clean, well-equipped and quiet. The neighborhood is very nice. Very close to shops and restaurants. We especially loved Mary Gelato - just down the street!

Huge flat in center of Paris

My friends and I (group of 5 older females) just spent a week at this wonderful flat. So much space for central Paris! Great location close to restaurants, shops, groceries, and several Metro stations. Very quiet and secure courtyard, and huge windows allowing loads of light to flood the space. Very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Super comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Ground floor location especially helpful for our oldest member (age 72). Great communication as well. I would highly recommend this space for a larger group, and I would not hesitate to rent again.

Great stay in Le Marais!

We enjoyed our stay at this property! Great location and an easy walk to metro stations and attractions. Le Marais is a vibrant area with so much to see and do. Our family of seven slept comfortably at the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was cleaned well. The dryer was was not the most efficient and occasionally the showers would fill up, but these were minor distractions. We would stay here again - I recommend it!

Family Girls trip

Loved our stay in this apartment! Located in the back of a courtyard, it is extremely quiet for being in the middle of the city! We loved staying in the Marais and this apartment was near to many of the sites and many Metro stops. Our adventures(over 20,000 steps a day)took us all around Paris and it was always nice to return to relax in our apartment. The apartment is well stocked and nicely furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of space! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Amazing apartment with a Great Location

Book this VRBO NOW!!! We were a party of 6 ranging in age from 20-60. Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and other great amenities. Great location and safe neighborhood. It was a great home base for our 6 day stay in Paris. Bakeries, restaurants, grocers all just around the corning. Short walk to Metros and buses.

Christmas in Paris 2023

The apartment is exactly as advertised - spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and in the BEST neighborhood! A grocery was 90 seconds away, the metro a very short walk. The property manager was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions very timely. They made me feel very welcome. I loved the apartment and our trip to Paris was beyond expectations! We even had to make a small timing adjustment and the property manager was able to accommodate us early and for an extra night! if i could give it more than 5 stars i would. Thank you for the best vacation ever!

Spacious apartment in a great location

I stayed here with five adults and we had more than enough space! There were 3 massive bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was super convenient! Also located on the first floor which was nice with our luggage. They were super accommodating with an early check in and a late check out - due to our flight schedules. Also located in a terrific location! Would highly highly recommend this place to any big groups traveling to Paris!

Our week in Paris

Our stay was fantastic. The apartment was perfect with lots of very comfortable beds. It was very modern with what seemed like brand new appliances. Plenty of towels and linen. The building and neighborhood was very safe and full of fun things to do. Walkable to many Paris sites. The owner texted us to to make sure things were satisfactory. Even sent us restaurant suggestions. Would highly recommend. Thanks or a wonderful stay.
