Nestled in the heart of Paris, this lovely and bright apartment is looking over a majestic venue that used to be the Stock Exchange, close to Louvre and Opera areas.
It was fully revamped in a sophisticated and elegant style, with 3 separate bedrooms, an open-plan living room and kitchen, and stunning views over the Parisian landmark. Every detail of decor has been carefully chosen to reflect Parisian elegance, making this peaceful home the ideal place to experience Parisian life for a few days
The space
This 19th-century listed building stands on land once owned by the Théâtre Feydeau, sold in the early 1800s to the Comtesse de Clerembault and the Marquis de la Chataigneraye. Later, it became the property of Auguste Champetier de Ribes, a distinguished French aristocrat who served as a Minister under the III Republic and as President of the Council of the IV Republic.

The apartment includes:
- 1 Living room
- 1 Dining area with seating for 6
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 1 Shared bathroom (shower and WC)
- 2 Private bathrooms (see below)

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Kingsize bed with en-suite bathroom (shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2 with a Queensize bed with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and no WC)
- Bedroom 3 with a Queensize bed

The third bathroom is inside the apartment accessible from the corridor (shower and WC).

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys by following our instructions with one of our partners, near the apartment
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the fifth floor on the right (elevator) with the P02-BRS1-5G plaque on the door

There is an elevator, but please note that there are some stairs to reach it.
Other things to note
You are expected to take care of the apartment and return it in the same condition. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be applied in the event of non-compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
