Great apartment, great location

Well equipped apartment - just about everything one could want for a long stay. Only 50 m2but feels spacious. Shower, big enough for 2, at least. Really appreciated the étendoir (drying rack for clothes). Lovely apartment on a wonderful street right in the heart of Paris.

Perfect location

Le Gourmet du Marais is exactly as it appears on the website. It is a perfect location and within easy walking distance of most of Paris landmarks. It is very cleverly laid out and has almost all the appliances you could need. And the property manager could not have been friendlier or more helpful. But the apartment could have more comfortable seating in the living room. There is literally nowhere comfortable to sit if you want to spend anytime reading. A minor shortcoming, but it forces us to reduce our rating by a star,

Great apartment in a great location

My wife and I stayed 2 weeks in Paris. The apartment was a great solution vs a hotel. We appreciated the kitchen and bathroom facilities. We also used the washer/dryer to keep cloths clean. The check in was easy and we appreciated the early checkin.

Very nice apartment. Great location and great communication from host. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment has everything we need and it is well decorated. Location is great, lots of restaurants in walkable distance and a grocery store close by as well. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Paris again.

The perfect location in the Marais!

We loved our stay here! The apartment was bright, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Best of all was our street with fantastic food shops. Our greeter, Nadia, welcomed us and gave us wonderful tips on restaurants and how to get around Paris. I would recommend this apartment 100%!

The property is exactly as described and presented in the images. We thought the flat seemed bigger than what we expected. The shower is the best one we've experienced (outside of a hotel) in all our years traveling to and living in Paris. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The location is also a positive; really makes the highlights of Paris very accessible.

Excellent Location - Superior Management

This apartment is located walking distance to everything. The location was fantastic with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal, in the fully capable kitchen, is literally right outside your door. The host was like having a concierge at your disposal, Jennifer gave us helpful tips and assistance that is well above any other VRBO host that we have encountered. We can not have been any happier with this choice and would not hesitate to stay here, or at any other Cobblestone location, in the future.
