A decent place to stay in a good location

We had a nice stay - the flat is in a good location with small shops, patisseries, cafes etc nearby and close to bus and metro stops. The flat is small but okay; there is only 1 bedroom (w/ two beds) and a sofa bed so we were a bit cramped with 4 adults. The kitchen is basic with an electric hob and microwave but we found it more than good enough for us. If coming as a couple we would happily stay here again.

Emplacement sympa desservi par les transports en commun arrêt de bus à quelques mètres et arrêt de métro à 10 min à pieds. Appartement propre et bien aménagé accueillant et chaleureux. Je remercie les hôtes qui ont étés très gentils et à l'écoute. Je recommande fortement

Location agréable et propriétaire avenant

Nous avons passé une quinzaine de jours dans ce charmant cosy, idéalement situé, à quelques minutes des transports et du centre ville et très fonctionnel. La propriétaire à été durant tout notre séjour accueillante, disponible et très réactive. Son dynamisme et sa sympathie doivent être soulignés. Pour résumer, nous recommandons cet appartement pour sa situation, sa fonctionnalité mais également par rapport à la gentillesse de sa propriétaire et sa disponibilité.

HORRIBLE experience from beginning to end. This property was falsely advertised as a two bedroom apartment with air conditioning. It was a very small space with one tiny bedroom containing two beds and a dirty, dusty couch used as additional sleeping space. There was no functioning air conditioning, only a small fan that was literally taped together. The apartment is a third-floor walk-up with no elevator, which was never mentioned in the listing. The cleanliness was unacceptable. There were roaches in the bathroom and bedroom, including some crawling onto the bed. The apartment was extremely hot and humid, the bathroom had a terrible odor, and there was visible dust throughout. What made the experience even worse was the host’s behavior. When I raised legitimate concerns about the false advertising and unacceptable conditions, she was rude, dismissive, and told me I should be lucky to stay at her property. Rather than taking accountability she told me she “never had such an unpleasant tenant”. If you mistakenly book this property expect a complete lack of basic professionalism, hospitality, and grace in handling any concerns. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking this listing.

Our stay in Paris

The apartment was very cheap and the contact to the owner was excellent. Nonetheless there were a few things, that were not that nice which I already told the owner of the apartment. The apartment was not ver clean. Glasses very dirty, the bedside table was dirty to. it smelled in the apartment. Some furnitures needed to be fixed. The table and a chair are wobbling. The drawer of the wardrobe is broken. The knives were blunt and inside the kettle black something came out of it. The skirting board should be fixed,too. Last but not least, the apartment was way more than 10 minutes from the station Opera. You need at about 10 minutes to walk to the Metro station nearby the apartment. Nevertheless we enjoyed our trip Paris.
