Located rue du Faubourg Saint Martin, a few steps from the famous Canal of the same name, this 40sqm apartment with a separate bedroom and loft design looks is the ideal base for a stay for 4 people.

The apartment opens onto a bright room with a fully equipped American kitchen, a sitting area with a sofa bed for two people as well as a dining area where you can enjoy a moment of relaxation and of conviviality.

The floor, a solid oak parquet floor with a Hungarian accent, brings a timeless elegance to the apartment, combining sophistication and natural charm for a warm and refined atmosphere.

The separate bedroom with Queen-size bed offers all the necessary comfort after a long day in the capital as well as plenty of storage space to make you feel comfortable. The bedroom has its own walk-in shower to ensure more privacy.

To provide more privacy, the bathroom with shower and toilet is separate.

Attendre des travaux....
Le point positif : l'appartement est situé près de 2 stations de metro et sur cour, ce qui le rend calme... sauf si des voisins sont bruyants ce qui helas fut le cas pour nous...mais cosi e la vita.... Le sejour cuisine et la chambre sont acceptables : le lit de la chambre est correct mais... C'est un appartement tres mal entretenu : salle de bains indigne (moisissures repugnantes de la douche, carrelage cassé, peinture cloquée, lunette des toilettes flottante, lavabo presque bouché, et sans bonde) : à la cuisine, la lumiere de la hotte ne fonctionne pas, deux feux sur quatre de la plaque vitroceramique ne fonctionnent pas, pas de bonde pour l'evier...le couchage du canapé lit est tellement mauvais que j'ai du dormir sur le canapé fermé... Bref... à éviter....

The 10th is interesting, the bathroom is small
We were later than usual making our Paris apartment arrangements and that provided us with an opportunity to explore a different arrondissement from those with which we are more familiar. The neighborhood was charming, culturally diverse and a joy to visit. Same French spoken on the street but different, spicier smells coming from the cafes. Canal Saint-Martin, a short walk away, is an absolute joy to experience. The apartment was easy to access, clean and safe but it was smaller than we expected, especially the bathroom. Where we usually plan at least one evening at "home" to just chill and maybe prepare a simple meal this apartment was not the place to do that. It is a fine place to rest (comfortable, firm bed) and leave your clothes but it is more of a way-station than an extension of home. We have to mention the bathroom. It is an add-on in the corner between the kitchen and the living room and the entrance to the sink/toilet/shower was very narrow. If you are an XXL guy you are going to have difficulty with the bathroom. Beyond that, the shower is the smallest we have ever encountered in a rental. Barely enough room to turn around in. You could wash yourself but must exit the shower to dry off. There was no shower caddy or shelving so soaps and shampoos had to be placed on the floor of the shower and you had to squat to reach them. We did find the support staff helpful and quick to respond.

A decent option not too far from the centre
Lots of metro stations close by. Good coffee and brunch spots within a couple of minutes walk too. Apartment is within a courtyard so no noise from the Main Street and was quiet at night. Never saw the canal so it’s not that close! Plenty of food options nearby in a very multicultural neighbourhood. Checkin would have been less stressful if instructions had mentioned it’s located in staircase C (there’s an A and a B with the same access code). Main qualm was it should have been cleaner. Wasn’t dirty but bathroom wasn’t smelling of roses or bleach for that matter. Some cobwebs were clearly visible in the lounge. Enough storage for longer stays but kitchen is basic. Some visible wear and tear throughout that could do with fixing. But it was OK in the end for our 5 nights.

Nettes ruhiges Appartement
Das Appartement war sauber und zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist eigentlich optimal und östlich der Rue du Faubourg Saint Martin sehr schön. Den westlichen Bereich würde ich meiden.

Negatief: Staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Great location....however, 1) the instructions were poor in which building the flat was in. There are 3 buildings so we had to reach out to administrator as no instructions, 2) toilet seat needs a major adjustment - considered removing toilet seat completely, 3) shower appeared to have black mould on base (yuck), 4) info on wifi was totally inaccurate, 5) couldn't use TV as it appeared to be stuck on HDMI3. Appeared to be no way to move it or the remotes were dead....., 5) 2 chairs at kitchen table have cracked seats.....
