The Suite Jaures is a cosy 25 m2 apartment on the ground floor overlooking a private courtyard with small outdoor area in a secure building without elevator. Designed to comfortably accommodate 4 people, every detail has been thought out to offer a unique living experience, combining comfort and conviviality.

The Jaures suite is arranged as follows:

- Welcoming living room with double sofa bed, TV and dining table
- Open-plan kitchen fully equipped with coffee, sugar and tea capsules
- Cosy mezzanine bedroom with double bed
- 1 modern bathroom with shower gel kit, shampoo and hairdryer.
- 1 WC in bathroom
- Private terrace

However, if you are due to arrive after 11pm, it is essential that you read and follow to the letter the independent arrival guide provided. This will ensure smooth access to the property and prevent any unforeseen problems during your installation.

Please note that after 11 pm, we will no longer be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary.
