'La casa es preciosa, muy antigua y llena de historia. El desayuno muy bueno y la piscina genial. Vale la pena vivir una experiencia así. Volvería sin dudarlo!! '

'Superbe hôtel, avec des chambres incroyables en pleine nature. Immense piscine (mais coin transat assez mal agencé) Personnel charmant. En revanche, pour un hôtel à ce prix, il manquait les petits détails qui font la différence : staff pas très proactif, 2eme piscine non disponible, nourriture au restaurant pas fou (évitez la viande rouge), des plats qui manquent à la cartes (toutes les grillades sauf une pas bonne), personnel du restaurant un peu dépassé par 4 tables à servir.'

'Zeer grote villa met heerlijk zwembad. Het is allemaal wat gedateerd en behoeft enig onderhoud, maar dat kun je ook als de charme ervan zien. Catarina is uiterst vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam als je vragen hebt. Dichtbij Porto gelegen (ideaal met de metro) en natuurlijk dichtbij het strand. Villa is van alle gemakken voorzien (inclusief wasmachine, 2 koelkasten en 2 vriezers en een pooltafel).'

'Zeer compleet ingericht huis. We hebben genoten met ons gezin (vier kinderen: 17,15, 13 en 10 jaar oud) van het huis, zwembad, tuin en het onvergetelijke uitzicht. Op de rivier kun je heel leuk vlakbij een boot huren met een band er achter of waterskiën. Marcos is super behulpzaam bij alles wat je maar kunt bedenken. Echt een plek om terug te komen. Op iets meer dan een uur rijden hebben we met z’n allen canyoning gedaan, ook een aanrader. Het is niet zo’n toeristische streek maar meer dan...

'Gaia is across the river from Porto; a short ride to downtown but away from the throngs of tourists. The beach and beach restaurants are a five minute walk from the house. Joaquim was a wonderful host and the accommodations felt like a five star hotel. we would definitely stay here again.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this quiet green country home at the river Douro. It was only 15 minutes away from Porto city and it was such a delight to return home after sightseeing and being able to relax on the terrace overlooking the river. There is also a wonderful swimming pool which is a walk uphill. The pool was cleaned every morning. Everything you need is at the house. Thank you, Elsa, for your hospitality!'
