'As a family we have had an excellent holiday in this apartment. The beach just outside the house. The house itself is very new and very well equipped. Very clean and with a good kitchen, a nice terrace and another large area to eat outside next to the barbecue. The rooms had airconditioning so not too hot during the night. And Paolo the owner helped us out with any question we had. In short a very good place to stay.'

'This was our first time to the cefalu area. We chose to stay just outside Cefalu to have some quiet time away from the crowds. But wow! Despite how beautiful the pictures are of this home and location we had no idea just how magnificent it would be. Truly if I had been alone within I may have chosen to stay there virtually the entire time. cannot recommend this location enough. Nino was a wonderful host too. We all loved it and would love to book again in the future. '

'We had a really nice holiday af Casa Sasa with very friendly owners.The house is superclean with a big garden and a nice swimmingpool, the bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms have strong showers and the wifi is good. The location could not be better. There is a trainstation at 5 min. walking and we went to Palermo, Cefalu and Bahgeria by train. By car we visited the Madonie, which is really beautiful. There is a little cafe/supermarket at 2 minutes walking where you can get fresh bread every...

'Lovely Villa with beautiful mature garden, outside areas and pool. Spectacular view over sea and sunsets every night. Easy walk down to quiet beach. Great communication with owner and met by staff who showed us round villa. Big thank you to the gardening team who were lovely and helped keep pool and outside areas clean. Definitely need a hire car (get the smallest you can manage and pay for full collision/ damage waver as streets are narrow). Cefalù has numerous restaurants which serve great...

'Heel mooi huis. Prachtig gelegen met geweldig uitzicht. Voorjaar in Cefalu is heerlijk. Huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Hartelijke eigenaar die gevoel voor smaak heeft. Dit zie je overal terug, van de inrichting van het huis het overdekte terras tot aan de mooi aangelegde tuin met heerlijk zwembad. Grazie Francesco...alla prossima!!!'

'la casa è esattamente come nella foto, pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort necessari per il soggiorno. Si trova all'interno di un residence molto tranquillo e a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare. spiaggia grande senza caos e con un mare pulitissimo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi ed estremamente cortesi e disponibili. Durante il nostro soggiorno all'interno del residence è stata aperta anche una piscina. consigliata!'

La villa est très bien équipée, très propre, la vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse est splendide. En Bref, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour !!!'

" Wij zijn positief ingestelde mensen en klagen niet snel, maar willen wel waar voor ons geld. Er wordt geschreven dat het 10 minuten lopen is naar jet strand , is wel meer en er wordt niiet verteld dat het verblijf op een berg ligt en dus een behoorlijke klim naar boven. De foto,s van het ontbijt zijn lichtelijk overdreven. Idd het uitzicht is leuk, maar de broodjes, kaas etc hebben wij niet gezien Ook het ontvangst was heel slecht, spraken heel gebrekkig Engels en de vriendelijkheid was ver te zoeken. Ze waren meer met hun telefoon bezig dsn dat zich bekommerden om hun gasten. Nogmaal heel matig verblijf"

"Ydillisch prachtig plekje, verzorgde accommodatie. Geweldig uitzicht over zee vanaf je raam; nadeel dat de zon in de vroege ochtend fel je kamer in schijnt via de badkamer (vreemd raam), ondanks verduisterende gordijnen in de kamer. Gratis ligbedden, kano’s en snorkels beschikbaar aan het kiezelstrand "

"Perfecte ligging aan het strand van Cefalù, zeer vriendelijk onthaal, maar voor mij een beetje vergane glorie. Een lawaaierige minibar die heel de tijd aan en uitspringt, geen geluidsdichte deuren, enz. Ontbijt op z'n Italiaans met veel zoets. Appelsiensap smaakt naar poeder met water."
