Villa BayView is an exclusive and very large privately owned luxury villa set over 4 levels, and finished to a very high standard. Internet and WI-FI is now fully updated with a hard connection via CYTA and features full fibre wi-fi with speeds up to 200mbps and now includes an external transmitter so wi-fi can be reached throughout the villa including the upstairs and pool area. A full meet and greet service is included if required, as is a generous welcome pack including wine and beer. Situated on an elevated position overlooking Coral Bay, with full air conditioning, 4 terraces, (1 covered for extended lunches now featuring new furniture, see photo's!) and a very spacious interior with beautifully landscaped exterior. The swimming pool is a very large 10m x 5m and features Roman steps. The village centre with a few tavernas and bars is less than 2 mins by car, and the beach resort of Coral Bay can be reached within 5 mins drive. Coral Bay is famous for its protected sandy beach and has many international restaurants, bars, shops and nightclub. Paphos Town and harbour can be reached within 20 mins drive along the coastal road with Paphos Airport approximately 30 mins drive from the villa.

A Truly outstanding location with outstanding facilities and views. This is our 7th return visit which I think says it all.Great restaurants and bars 3/4 mile walk away as long as you do not mind hills and walking in the heat.Property is always absolutely spotless and the local staff who support are very unobtrusive and very friendly and always, always willing to support if needed.A unbelievable all round package, we have booked again.

This was our first time staying at Bayview Villa and it won't be our last. The villa is equipped with all essentials that you need to have an enjoyable stay, with a welcome food and drink package in a very quiet and safe location. The owners were contactable and directions and instructions to the villa were easy to follow. The villa is very spacious and laid out well with beautiful scenic sea views of the island. The clean and large pool was very much welcomed after a day of exploring the island. The large local supermarket is located 15 mins in Coral Bay. We would advise renting a car due to location of the villa. The villa came with a family of cats and kittens that our family felt was a joy to feed as we are huge cat lovers. We would recommend this villa to all interested parties. You won't be disappointed renting the villa.

A spacious oasis

We couldn’t fault our stay at all. We arrive late at night and check in was easy. There was some essentials provided and it was very much appreciate - being able to have a drink, coffee, toast etc really took the pressure of us dashing out first thing for shopping. The property is faultless and it gave us tons of space. The pool area was well equipped and we made full use of the bbq area too. We had some very cute pets that were adorable too! We will definitely be returning! Thank you!!!

Beautiful villa and fantastic views. The villa was easy to find with the direction given. The lovely welcome package was greatly appreciated after a delayed flight. Coral Bay and Peyia are a great place to visit and Villa Bay is a great place to stay. The Villas pool was fantastic and children enjoyed it all day long. I recommend this Villa

Lovely villa with amazing views

Just spent a week at this lovely villa. Arrived to the best welcome pack. This villa is much better and bigger than the photos show. Situated in a quiet area in the hills, we enjoyed the peace. The stairs kept us fit and we enjoyed the large swimming pool area and each of the balconies for eating and relaxing. We had a car so got around easily within a few minutes drive to Coral Bay and supermarket and lots of other great things to do. The games room was a plus, we had a pool tournament in the evening with our teenager. Wish we stayed longer.

Home from home!

We’ve stayed at Bay View Villa many times and at other villas in Peyia but this is definitely our favourite! The views are incredible! Plenty of space to have some quiet time and works for us travelling with older children/parent. Villa was nice and clean and nice to see all the improvements from last year (new pool lining, washing machine, gorgeous equine print! If you like to ride then George’s Ranch is a must!) Looking forward to our next trip! And as always thank you for the welcome pack….this is very welcomed after a long day travelling!!

Grandiose Lage mit Blick aufs Meer

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einer sehr großzügigen und weitläufigen Villa .Phantastischer Pool!!! Danke für das Startpaket im Kühlschrank,eine liebevolle Geste,die nicht selbstverständlich ist. Bei der Sauberkeit , insbesondere der Küchenutensilien müssen wir leider zwei Sterne abziehen.Außerdem ist eine Duschamatur kaputt gewesen.Nach Kontaktaufnahme waren die zwei Verwalter der Villa sofort zur Stelle,um Hilfe anzubieten.( Klimaanlage läuft aus) Alles in allem ein schöner Platz zum Genießen mit kleinen Mängeln . abziehen.

Wounderful vacation

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in dem schönen Haus. Besonders die Terrasse vor dem Wohnzimmer und Küche mit dem beeindruckenden Blick hinunter zum Meer, haben wir sehr genossen. Abends war die Luft dort sehr angenehm und frisch. Der Pool ist ebenfalls toll und die Kids hatten Spaß.

Amazing Views

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was a little difficult to find, as we arrived at night, but found the villa eventually. The place was lovely and clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and tidy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The small welcome pack was much appreciated. Wifi was very good. Obviously the outside is the real reason for renting this villa and it didn’t disappoint. The views are amazing and the pool is fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely stunning ***********

We have just returned from a week's holiday in this villa and the photos do not do it justice. The views are phenomenal and the villa is huge! We played pool, draughts and the swimming pool was brilliant. We hired a car which only cost €110 for the week, well worth it! I honestly couldn’t fault this place at all, we were so sad leaving it. Simon, the host was brilliant throughout, answering any questions we had. we booked the getaway to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday and they laid out banners for her and added a balloon. we arrived and were welcomed with beers, wine, crisps, bread, milk, ice, tea, coffee and a birthday card for our daughter. a perfect villa in a stunning location. The views are honestly breathtaking.

OUTSTANDING!

I cannot recommend this villa enough! Everything it says and a lot more. We were wowed upon entering-totally spotless, gleaming, large and tasteful . Once awake the next day, that’s when i realised what an absolute jewel of a place we had found. The view-WOW! Any picture you have seen, does not do this view justice.The villa is very well equipped and no matter how small an item- it was there. Showers are fantastic. The pool is fantastic, sun loungers very comfortable. Good sized towels. Steve came to clean the pool- early and unobtrusive. On the days we weren’t lazing around the pool, we visited ; Coral Bay, good water sports. Agios Georgios, quaint/pretty. Panareti Bay,we swam out to the rocks. Potomi Bay, we enjoyed a cocktail or two at the Sea You bar(this place is not to be missed) local village we ate at Grande cafe -highly recommended and at Savaas Grill, good-although a bit of a walk. We went into Coral Bay- Roberts taxis were great-to eat at Dolce Vita ( really lovely) Most nights,we cooked in the villa and enjoyed bbq’s with our splendid view. Phillipos supermarket is a short drive away and has everything- fresh fruit/salad/bakery is fantastic Day trips;Aphrodite water park and Blue lagoon boat trip. You will definitely need to hire a car to do similar things. My one and only critique of the villa, is that there is a limit on the air conditioning- we had to reset every two hours, which was a pain at night-but didn’t detract from a brilliant holiday
