'When we arrived the bell guys were very very friendly, the front desk ladies however can improve their hospetality skills. There are lots of screaming children everywhere in the hotel. 'I had a semi private pool access room and it was great to be able to take a private swim. The staff are all considerate and clearly proud of their employment. My complaints are minor but disappointing at this price point. Centipedes kept finding there way into our room. Throwing out like 4 a day. 'Hot showers and great food and staff. Alona beach was just over the beach walk and not really suitable to hang out on. Had to walk up towards the end for the sand. Just a 10 min tok tok ride to Dumaluan Beach where you can use the amenities and hang out on a gorgeous beach at the Oceanica. Highly recommend doing this. El at guest services was so helpful arranging a private driver to go see the chocolate hills, man made forest, Tarziers, bamboo bridge and the bee Farm resort. Would recommend this...
