Nice place. Only issue was the lock. We were not able to unlock the door bc we were given the wrong code. Then we decided to check out the city but could not lock the door. My son was sleeping but he is 18 and we gave him a heads up to be alert. I think they need to change those latches bc my friend’s latch had an issue as well. Make sure that living room window is sealed shut, otherwise, your place will smell like sulphur possibly from a trap door. Aside from that, we loved the place. Loved that we could walk across the street & get a toothbrush from Chinese store. Loved the rooftop. The location doesn’t seem ideal as you are driving to get to this place but it’s really a great location and they seem to be improving the area. Pd for parking in their basement. Get to drive car into a cool elevator. If we come to Panama City again, I would stay here again.

The condo was very clean, beds were super comfortable. The location was just on the edge, even a block off of Casco Viejo. This was extra convenient as we were able to get in and out of Old Town without the traffic jams. Great area to stay in, so many restaurants and shopping!

The location was perfect. We were two blocks away from all the happenings for Christmas (Christmas lights, fireworks, dinner. Dessert, and Starbucks . The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had enough space to put our Christmas tree and have all the amenities of home. When I needed a grocery store, I walked three blocks and had access to a full grocery store. The person at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. This is an amazing spot! Thank you for sharing your space.

Our stay was great! Staff were friendly and the accommodations were as expected and had everything we needed. Just a heads up that payments aren't accepted over VRBO and they send a separate link to make the payment - at first I was hesitant because of the proliferation in scams in recent years here in the US, but they just can't process payments through VRBO. They were attentive to us and always quick to respond to inquiries. I will definitely stay with them again! Oh and also - the downstairs restaurant was tasty and had an excellent selection of food.

The place was wonderful on the inside, Two rooms with a bathroom in each room which was great. One of the bedrooms had an issue that didn't close properly. No ironing board. TV was very glitchy, hard to operate, and internet not always stable, so tv came in and out. The security was wonderful, we felt pretty safe that there were not people in the building who should not be in the building. I would stay here again. Neighborhood across from the place was in it's original state, felt badly about how the state of the older buildings while staying in this wonderfully nice place.

I have nothing good to say. The only redeeming factor was Juan who helped diffuse the situation. The other staff were cluless. They manage several buildings in the area. They took us to all 3 buldings. No one knew where we were staying. The made me pay again. I paid through your site and they said they never received payment. Stay away there are better options

Our stay in this unit was wonderful. The apartment is beautiful and the view out the bedroom windowm were lovely. The front desk staff were always helpful. My dad was using a walker and every time we left or returned they were more than helpful. I definitely appreciated their attentive support. Overall a wonderful time at this place.

Great place in not the best part of the neighborhood.

The listing was completely accurate and the place was nice. But it's right on the border of where you want to be and where you don't want to be. that said, the rooftop pool and views were great, the place was comfortable and we would recommend it.

Spacious Apartment in a Convenient Location

Big, clean, and modern apartment with a beautiful rooftop pool area. The building is in a poor neighborhood just two short blocks from Casco Viejo, but we loved the local feel and opportunity to see more of real Panama City living. It feels safe with a locked entrance to the building, friendly staff at the front desk all 24 hours, and also two or three police officers parked out front 24 hours a day. The management company is communicative and helpful. For exploring other than the short walk to Casco Viejo, Ubers arrive within 2-4 minutes, and taxis are constant. The only drawback is that the families on the same corner play very loud reggaeton until 4 a.m. on the weekends, so bring ear plugs for those nights.

First visit to panama

The property was perfect. The location, security, staff, cleanliness and friendliness was the best we have ever had. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a well managed, very clean and comfortable property. The location has numerous shops, restaurants and historical places to visit easily reached by walking.

2 bedroom was excellent. Clean short walk to all around the vicinity. Full screen TVs in all rooms. Area is a little sketchy, u have to be careful when walking outside in certain areas. Walk to the town was short and great. I traveled with my 1 and half year old. It was a great space for him. Kitchen came in handy. It gave me the opportunity to cook for my family. I would definitely stay here again. Only downside was at some point during our stay there was maintenance of the pool which we couldn't use. But we were compensated for the inconvenience. Communication was great and on time

Excellent place to stay.

Once you get past the foot traffic outside (Which is the locals moving around) this place is just the perfect place to stay. Comfortable, clean and safe. Great places to eat and drink are just a quick walk away. And if you don't feel like walking, just go down stairs to the great place down stays for a bite to eat and drinks. Get the Sea Bass Ceviche. It was the best I have ever had. The rooftop area was great for a night time sit down and have some drinks. Great views and all. It was a great 7 night stay and I will be coming back soon.. Thank you for a wonderful stay....

A great place to stay in Casco Viejo!

My son and I just finished a three night stay. We very much enjoyed the accommodations, the communications with the owners, and the attention to safety and security for the guests. Plenty of room with two bedrooms and bathrooms and a good location for exploring the amazing place of Casco Viejo.

Excellent Location

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and in good condition. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and the Casa Viejo neighborhood. The restaurant on site Aya la Vida was handy for dinner on our first day there after traveling all day. Everyone was helpful.
