Negatief: Voorzieningen, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The hotel was under construction. I complete overall construction it was not posted on your website there was no continental breakfast. We couldn't use the elevators cuz the construction people were using them we had to use the stairs.they started with the banging and the knocking from the hammers at 6:00 in the morning so loud you couldn't even drown them out. The no continental breakfast is huge we stayed a full week and it was extra expense because of not being able to have breakfast there that wasn't posted on the website. We had no housekeeping service and then all the sudden in the middle of the week we had one day that we left and they came in and did the housekeeping without permission. I spoke with the manager about it and she was very rude about it and told me I was unprofessional and she wouldn't even let me say what I needed to say without cutting me off. I think that a corporation like yours should have on your website when I book a week stay that it is under deep renovations with hazards everywhere there was trash and debris everywhere and i have pictures of all of it it's absurd really.
