Our newly renovated studio condo is new to the rental market and just steps to Rosemary Beach! The unit is perfect for a couple or family with young kids. We have a queen bed and this studio has a mini kitchen with a refrigerator.

Parking Notes: Parking is located behind the Villages of South Walton only steps away from stairs or elevator access to the unit. No parking passes are required.
