Celadon 15th private parking + Beach Chair Service!

Enjoy Celadon 1502 - our "Seahorse Condo" that offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a bunk room with a double bed, a private balcony, private under the building parking spot, and much more.
This is the perfect condo on Panama City Beach's much quieter west end, featuring fantastic views from the balcony. It is right on the beach and features a private owners parking spot (accommodating normal size vehicles only) under the building and close to the elevator.

BONUS: we include reserved beach chair service free with your reservation (March 1 - Oct 31) plus we include beach towels and additional beach chairs for your use.

Inside this newly renovated condo, you'll find upgraded bedding and living room furniture, flat screen TV's, plus all new stainless steel appliances.

Celadon 1502 features three sleeping areas: a master Bedroom with king-sized bed, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a bunk room with a full size bed. We also have a sleeper sofa. With two full bathrooms, this condo comfortably sleeps 8 people.

Other amenities include flat screen TVs in the bedrooms, a spacious private balcony, and majestic views of the Gulf and beach from the 15th floor.

Celadon features free WIFI and HBO, an outdoor grill, an outdoor hot tub, an indoor/outdoor Pool for those who want a bit of shade during the hot summer days, and a tennis court. Our condo also offers easy access with keyless entry and no check-in process. You'll go right to the condo to start your vacation!

Please note that a Celadon Parking Permit is required and is a $45 flat fee per vehicle per stay that you pay to the resort (not included in your rent/fees). This is a ONE TIME FEE per stay, not daily.

Celadon Resort is on the quiet, family friendly beaches of West Panama City Beach yet it's just 2 miles west of Pier Park and many restaurants.

Nearby Pier Park is a 900,000 sq ft open air shopping complex with a Grand 16 Movie Theater, Walmart, Target, Belk, Marshalls, Dillards, Old Navy and Ron Jon's Surf Shop. It also features restaurants like Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, 5 Guys, The Back Porch Seafood and Oyster Bar, and many more. It really is a fantastic development and Panama City Beach's hotspot for activities when not on the beach.

Other local attractions include Frank Brown Park and many local amusement parks. It's also near the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (the new Panama City Airport). And of course, our beaches on Florida's Emerald Coast are absolutely incredible. The emerald green water and sugar white sands are amazing!

Beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy. One of the best perks was the extras that the owner leaves for guest to use. From beach towels to beach toys and toiletries to hair dryers. Great room that we would definitely stay in again.

We LOVE The Celadon and always try to stay here when we come to PCB. This unit was fantastic. I love that they had a full size bed in the "bunk room" instead of actual bunk beds. While that may not work for some, it was great for us. The master bathroom shower was amazing (although I would have like a full closing door, but that's just my opinion). I really liked that they had the hand held shower heads versus those standard, crappy shower heads that most everyone else has. This unit felt more like a home versus a rental space.

We took a girls trip to PCB and the condo was AMAZING. So clean, smelled amazing, so spacious! The only down side to the condo was the building needs updated and more elevators. Brenda was so kind and checked on us to make sure we made it and had no issues. Having the beach chair right outside the condo was so nice! Especially on days we wanted to sleep in, we didn't have to worry about losing a spot on the beach. Will definitely stay here a million more times!

Amazing PCB vacay

This condo was absolutely amazing! The host was so communicative and made sure we were settled in. It was clean and very homey. We had 4 adults plus 2 teen girls and everyone had enough space to relax on vacation. More than expected

We were blessed to have such a great place to stay and an easy way to communicate with Brenda! This condo was more than we expected it to be and we loved it! The parking was great, the pool and beach were easily accessible and the condo itself was immaculately clean and stocked. The only negative thing I have to say is, bring toilet paper! There are only the rolls on the holder, no extra.

My new favorite PCB Condo

This beautiful, impeccably clean condo is where I will be staying from now on when I come to PCB. It’s even more beautiful and roomier in person than it is in the pics. I highly recommend it….fairly priced(I only come off season for my sanity and everyone else’s protection. lol)Owner is great at communication and has thought of everything. It is full of extras including extra beach chairs, beach bags, sound machines, book library……everything you need. It even has the “good” toilet paper! lol It is convenient to everything as well.

Nice 2.5 bedroom and 2 full bath space with great beach access and views as well as an incredibly convenient parking space.Pros - parking, location, beach access, beach/balcony view, large balcony, 2 king beds, 2 full baths, nice kitchen and eating area seating, kitchen is well equipped, nice living room seating area, in-unit full size washer and dryer, beach and bath linens provided, makeup remover towlettes & shampoo/body wash provided; nicely decoratedCons - living room floor was grimy before we got there, only 2 trashbags for the kitchen trash, master shower not well cleaned with pink mold apparent, master shower also has a 1/2 glass door leading to water all over the floor during showers, the toilet in the 2nd bath was not well secured to the floor, sleeping in the 2nd bedroom was difficult as the HVAC unit is quite loud, no hot water at the kitchen sink which was odd as the bathrooms had hot water. Code for the front door not provided until after 2 requests for it.

Thanksgiving Break

Great condo close to Pier Park! The beach and pools were great and it was nice that both pools were heated in November. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. We would definitely stay here again.
